Pretty much the only game in town that’s not part of a hotel. Parking is frustrating to get anywhere in Taos Ski Valley. Chips were stale, salsa had mucho flavor and hot. The Green Chile Cheeseburger was ordered with green on the side, arrived with no green and a two rating, the fries however, were the best of the dinner. Chicken enchiladas were better than the burger. Rachel has the PERFECT disposition for this venue and though it did get crowded, she handled everything smoothly and made everyone feel welcome!

The chips and guacamole are an amazing value, for the owner. Fritos, some guac, in paper cups. And that’s not to go – that’s DINE IN!! And being served by non-employees, who get up close and in your face with no facemasks. If you’re coming to Taos to ski, pack a lunch, forgo the COVID-19 exposure. And ask to be seated where you’re in the way of the kitchen, so you can enjoy the experience of being scolded by a woman with an axe to grind against you and your friends. It makes the drive to Taos Ski area totally worth it! P.S. The $12 margarita filled to 50% capacity in a plastic cup is to die for. Bring your cash, your N95 mask, and block out some time to wait for a table, and to wait for one of the 2 workers to take your payment. You won’t regret. Except that you will.

We had a great time sitting outside enjoying the weather. The staff was really friendly and the food was great. I loved my prickly pear margarita.

We’ve been coming to Tim’s for years and have always had great food. This year was no exception. The food is great, service is fast and efficient but sometimes a bit rude.

Ate there twice last week. First night, female waitress more interested in bar patrons than us. Second night, guy tending bar and waiting tables was outstanding, attentive, and eager to talk about the dishes offered. Food far better than expected. Soup, combo plate, green chile burgers all rate with the best in Taos. Would go back again and do recommend.

We were up for the weekend my son and me stopped to have a few beers and check out the place before deciding on a place for dinner, a young lady waited on us she was very nice had a few beers asked about dinner for 9 people around 7/730 pm and if reservations were needed she said its best, but would accommodate us and they did. The service was good and the food was great. Friendly and pretty fast considering there were 9 in my family. Some reviews are critical but we did not experience anything but great service and food, thank you.

Very noisey and crowded. Extremely busy and understaffed. I enjoyed the sushi cut burrito. My husband had the chicken mole’ and was not a fan. Pretty pricey. Did find the bottled water a nice touch. Probably wouldn’t visit again. Okay service, slow because they were so busy.

Fantastic. Loved the venue. Great attentive service. Good food and drink in a non-pretentious setting. Cheap and cheerful food and drink with a smile for two sweaty bikers mid way through an all day northern NM ride. Would go back any chance I get. Bloody Maria highly recommended.
