Pretty big breakfast sandwich quality meat you can taste it. I’ll leave a picture and you can judge. But you’ll want to come here. I got the boot city mill only 10 bucks I’d pay that again for sure. After seeing a review about rude service, I was watching the customer service and the lady at the window has been so nice to everyone. Even people Being a little difficult and undecided she was patient and helped them. Place gets pretty busy at times from what I’ve seen. That speaks volumes but do Expect a little wait but it’s worth it. Maybe 10 minutes, as this isn’t fast food it’s good food.

I’ve enjoyed Tim’s for brisket tacos a few times while hanging out at Tideline. But! Did you know they cater? We used them for our office holiday party and enjoyed zesty brisket, savory bbq chicken and even a lovely lively shrimp scampi for the pescatarialy oriented within our party. Also! We could have easily created an entire meal out of just the sides: Mashed potato, sweet potato, mac & cheese, and a fabulously roasted Parmesan asparagus with all garnishes and fixin’s available to boot. It was like a second thanksgiving! Everyone raved. The planning process was easy and transparent and in meal service highly attentive. My biggest regret was not having enough capacity to eat literally every dish available. Thanks guys!

Stopped in to this food truck on happenstance while trying to find a place for a late lunch. It was DELICUOUS. Some of the best BBQ we have had. Service was very friendly and everything was quick. We got the Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork, Brisket Poutine, and Crispy Chicken Nachos. Every single one was an excellent choice, as they were all to die for. The chips were amazing, they seemed to be fresh made there which can be hard to find! The veggie salsa was so good. Everything was hot and fresh. The Maple Bourbon sauce was one of the best BBQ sauces we have ever tasted. We will be stopping in when we see them again! We recommend 10/10!

We discovered this place as a food truck at Tideline & only just now saw that they have a location in Durham! Food was great as usual (bit on the pricey side but worth it). The service was passable, nothing remarkable. Sadly no beer on tap, surprising for a place called Tim’s DRUNKEN tacos . The building could use some personal touch / personality. We got some loaded pulled pork spicy fries to share & they were great, especially with the thick cut fries. The tacos are amazing, per usual. Recommend for a filling “meaty” dinner. We’re rooting for them & hope they continue to find their footing, its a great buisness to have so local!

Phenomenal food! I’ve tried so many different things and have not been disappointed. Chicken wings are perfectly crispy. Brisket is moist and flavorful. Mac and cheese is so cheesy! My absolute favorite is when they do the beef ribs!

My buddy and I came in the other day to watch some basketball and had a great time! Amy and Tim are super nice and friendly to talk with, they’re great with all the local college kids too. We got some chicken nachos that were very tasty. Will definitely be back!!

Tried to come here for my father’s birthday this Thursday and was really excited to try this place. Website and google both said they were open so we made the 45 min drive for dinner and the place was locked up like Fort Knox. We were all really disappointed as you can imagine. We ended up going over to Smoking Barrels and thought the food and service there was amazing.
