My wife and I tried Tim’s for the first time today! Before I get into any of the food I just want to take a moment to say the customer service was fantastic, it is a small hole in the wall place and before I even walked in the restaurant I was greeted by several people, and then inside both the cashier and the cook who I assume is Tim, all greeted me and were extremely kind and wonderful to be around and it made my day! I think so often walking into a restaurant of any kind you are often first greeted with stressed out people who want to get you your food and get you the heck out and not much more so it was super refreshing to have such wonderful people greet me. Anyhow we kept hearing about this place but every time we’d pass the area we could never see where it was exactly, but we were on a mission and we found it inside the strip mall next to Napa and Big lake! We tried there chicken teriyaki which was made with chicken thighs, the best way to make chicken teriyaki, and we tried their pork dumpling thingers which were very moist and full! They had some wonderful sauces they served with the dumpling type items, and overall the food seemed very well made and thoughtful! It feels like the type of place that will have rotating specials and is worth trying each one, it may be a little hard to find for the time being but it’s worth it!
