I love this place. I drive over an hour to eat here. The chicken is so delicious and the fish is yummy as well. I haven’t tried all the various side dishes they have to offer, but I have tried the baked beans, macaroni and cheese and homemade chips. I totally recommend trying this place if you are in the area

It was busy, but everything moved very quickly. The food was delicious and had the good home cooked feel. The prices are very reasonable, I was amazed to get 3 meals for under $35… Going to a fast food chain you will be paying $40 plus… I will definitely be back with my family.

We ate inside. We ordered the 8 piece tender dinner and it was more than enough food for less than $30. It was all delicious food. We have tried the fish and the chicken on the bone in the past too. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. The staff here are friendly and helpful also. They stayed busy with the drive thru and the counter inside and they were able to help everyone in a very timely manner. We will visit again of course and you should too! I like that they have a drive thru and also tables to eat inside as well as picnic tables outside.

Tried this place for the first time and was impressed with the home made taste of the food. Chicken was fantastic and definitely the highlight of the meal. I loved the bread it came with as well

May be good for some but not me. Pretty bland and a flavor that I just couldn’t put my finger on… there were chucks so you know it’s real mashed but there was something processed about it.
Bread 10/10
Soft warm and had a great flavor as well.
If they sold those individually, I’d probably buy them for Xmas or thanksgiving dinner.
Value: 6.5/10
11 bucks for a 2 pc meal is a bit strap for what I got. That is just my 2 cents.

I pass by this little place every day. I stopped in on my way home from work. Tired and hungry I had asked for a recommendation from the nice lady behind the counter. Without hesitation she said the chicken. Not expecting much I got my chicken and 2 sides and went on my merry way. Needless to say, if the kernel Sanders knew this place existed he would close his restaurants in shame. This is some of the best food available. Factor in the cost and it’s better than grandmammy’s fixins. Don’t pass this place up. You NEED this in your life to understand true happiness. Yeah I am going back for seconds, and you will too.

The staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. Country family atmosphere. I’m a slim build trucker, and normally buy groceries and eat in my truck, but I know good food and folks when I find them. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again. Highly recommend this place! Plus there’s a Goodwill store across the street!

Extremely good food! Wished we received more tartar sauce than what is provided. But I suppose I am willing to give extra $$ in order to have the additional tartar… it goes so well with fries and fish! And everything has been delicious each time we have ordered takeout!!! Appreciate the quality and the love that is put into making the meal!!
