WOW!! What an amazing experience at an old school supper club!! Bartender Tommy from Boston was fabulous. Kept us very entertained and made a great cocktail. The view is unreal. We had the bacon wrapped water chestnuts and they were perfection!! Will be back!!

Me and my girlfriend went here for her 21st birthday expecting a lovely night and ready to enjoy an expensive good quality meal. Instead we spent a lot of money for very little taste. I got the New York Strip which was well cooked but had very little flavor. My girlfriend order the Lobster Tails which were rubbery and again had no flavor. The cornbread was cold and so were the dinner rolls. The mushrooms and onions served with the steak seemed to be from a can. Despite the lacking food the waitress was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately we were in ear shot of the manager berating the staff and many of them seemed to be running around in a panic. Overall, the atmosphere was equivalent to a liminal space. For a 120 dollar bill that was simply just our two entrees, my girlfriend could have cooked us better food at home.

Went with my wife for Valentines Day. Had a 8:45 reservation and was served pretty much on time. The hostess was very nice and friendly. The bar service was perfect with excellent drinks. The waitress was very nice and funny yet professional. We were served pretty quickly for the amount of people there. The meal was excellent, looking forward to go back again. Thank you all for a wonderful Valentines experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and it has never disappointed until last night. Husband ordered the shrimp dinner and the portion size has been reduced to the point that he left still hungry. I ordered the seafood platter and the scallops were raw. The waitress tried to say they were cooked. They gave us $10 off and did not replace the scallops.

Tried Timmermans tonight to celebrate some birthdays. Nice view, nice atmosphere, service was mediocre if you could get past the waiters horrible breath. Slow on refills, dropped the crackers and didn’t return with new ones like he said he would. Decided to splurge on the seafood platter and what a joke. Market price was $97, we got an overcooked tiny lobster tail, one king crab leg that was cold, 2 tiny scallops, 2 tiny shrimp and a piece of fried cod and paid $4 extra to add the fettuccine. So disappointing, actually angry. 2 others got the $44 prime rib and said they were cold. Not a great first impression and we’ll be hard pressed to return especially after driving an hour to be that disappointed. The only thing good was the cornbread and the appetizers. Don’t waste your money on any of the seafood dishes as they apparently don’t know how to cook them.

An OG supper club in East Dubuque IL. It’s come as you are – dressed up or down, all are welcome. They offer everything you want in a supper club, although you do have to order the crudites as an appetizer if you want them. Service was paced in-between eating and dining. The food was plentiful and reasonably priced. I haven’t been here since I was a kid – I won’t wait so long to come back (even though I live three hours away).
