The whole staff was unbelievably awesome. You may have to wait a little extra on your food because it’s prepared fresh. The steak in a sack and the mushroom Swiss burger was delicious. I would put there food up against anyone. FANTASTIC!!!!

I won’t knock the freshness of the food. But it lacked seasoning and onion rings had the actually skin from the onions in them . Steak in the sack was VERY GREASY. we will not be recommending or returning . Ofc we ate the food we spent too much to waste. Time out deli on magnolia is WAY better. Also the woman was rude she needs an attitude adjustment.

I use to love going here but after today I will not be back. I was talked to very rudely just because she didn’t hear me say I wanted fries with my order and it went from there and this wasn’t the first time. Since I can’t reply back to you I slammed my hand after your bad attitude so stop with that and hope that made you feel better with your comment. Tell the truth you came off rude when i came in. The steak in a sack had a good flavor, the fries are great as long as they are hot, I paid $13 for a steak in a sack, fries, and drink which is too much in my opinion,

I placed an online order through their website for a turkey sandwich. The description on the website claims the sub comes with “Turkey, bacon, provolone cheese mayo, mustard, lettuce & tomato.” The options further down included “extra bacon.” The total price with fries and a drink was almost $22. When I got my sub there was no bacon, and when I asked for them to get me some to throw on it they refused, telling me it’s not included. I showed them the description on their website and they still refused, telling me that I ordered incorrectly and that I was wrong, and giving me an attitude. I returned the sub (which anyway was soggy and not terribly appealing) for a refund and won’t be returning.
Edit: turns out the “refund” they processed for me was for store credit, good only for ordering from their website. Shady… Luckily the vendor, Menufy, easily processed an actual refund to my card.

Its just ok and definatly on the processed food side. My wife had the burger and it was pretty bad. Very dry they cook the patties way to long. My pastrami sub was so greasy it was dripping. Onion rings were frozen not made fresh. I would highly recommend driving past it and pulling into Balter beer works or sweet P’s for a good house made cheap meal.
