I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a whole wheat wrap. I honestly think they use just one egg and it’s certainly not enough food for an adult. I’ve been here many times and they often get the orders wrong – so I always make sure to check the items before leaving the store. I think from now on I’ll order bagels and certainly not this tiny wrap. Friendly staff though.

Best bagels in metro New York City and the best bagels I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been coming here since they opened and there is no place better, not even in New York City and especially not in New Jersey. Hands down the best. Bagels are made fresh in house. Nothing better than a fresh warm bagel smothered in butter, or a bacon & egg bagel sandwich.

TFAB has fantastic bagels and the most wonderful staff. We come every week with my three kids and everyone greets us by name and is extremely kind. The bagels are always fresh and delicious! We love it here

So disappointed. Tried them for the first time today. When I got home and unwrapped my bagel I thought it was a joke. The bagel itself is tiny, but the real problem is the fact that they put almost no cream cheese on the bagel. I ordered veggie cream cheese and you can see from the pictures there is basically no veggies and the smear of cream cheese is so thin it doesn’t even cover the bagel.

So basically what I got was a stale tasting mini-bagel with a hint of cream cheese.

The bagels were all warm when I picked them up at 7am. Fluffy, chewy, and with not too much center hole. I got my usual veggie bagel with light veggie cream cheese (big chunks of carrot and bell pepper), lettuce, and tomato. I thought I saw they had cucumber but didn’t get any in my bagel. They also have a large selection of bagel flavors including some unusual ones (no one in all of NJ or NY make jalapeño cheddar though, much to my despair). Of course I got my favorite, plain.

No line at 7am, they were quick and have plenty of tables and seating inside. Nothing fancy as far as decor, interior was showing its age but you go for the bagels not the atmosphere. Also have coffee cakes, muffins, and some other baked goods. I found parking on the street outside.

Credit card surcharge of $1 for any totals less than $10, be forewarned.

If you are looking for a good bagel in Morris Plains this is a place to try. Bagels are not too big and cooked just right, it’s busy on the weekends and a little tight if eating in, but worth a try.

This place does it all the right way. The bagels are NYC level. The service from this close knit staff is always warm and attentive. If it weren’t for my waistline, I would be here every day. Sandwiches, spreads and bagels all superb. You won’t be sorry. My fav: while wheat everything bagel.
