A little hidden gem in North Idaho. Great friendly service in a comfortable laid back atmosphere. Incredibly clean. Then there’s the food… not sure where they got their chef from but kudos! French Onion soup is just as delicious as Beverly’s. IYKYK. Pork Schnitzel is as authentic as it comes. The last time I had one this delicious, I was in Germany. My only regret is that I didn’t stop in sooner… and that’s my own fault! Well done!

We were traveling from Spokane to Whitefish, and we decided to stop here for some lunch. We got two burgers with the shoestring fries. Absolutely incredible food. The fries were delicious and crispy. The burgers were some of the best I’ve ever had. Lots of food for the price, and Rose was super sweet. You won’t regret eating here.

First time trying the restaurant (8/9/25). We showed up not knowing they were going to close soon and the staff was outstanding and very accommodating. Our food arrive quickly, hot, and was very delicious. My wife ordered the cod and I ordered the chicken fried rib eye, mashed potatoes, and chili. If we pass through the area again and get a chance to stop we will be looking forward to another visit and hopefully the same quality of service and food.

We came in tonight and ordered two of “The Cowgirl”. We ordered with a side of chili and side of clam chowder. The soups were great and presented nicely. The steak on the other hand was terrible. The presentation looked like it was just thrown together. One was ordered medium rare and the other medium. The steak ordered medium was very rare and unpleasant. The medium rare steak was ok but was cooked very uneven leaving the outside rare and just about medium rare in the middle. The waitress was very kind and offered to make it right, but it very well killed the appetite. She charged us half price for the steak. Do not recommend ordering a $24 steak that is not cooked correctly and taste bland.

It’s been years since stopping in and they have really stepped it up. Service from Amber was very friendly and attentive. The prime dip was the best great onion rings, worth the little extra cost, will be dropping in more.

Waitress was new and didn’t know the menu well but she was really nice. I ordered this Cilantro Lime salad thing. I’m not sure if it’s new on the menu but I’d advise to take this thing off! This had to be one of the most disgusting plates I’ve ever eaten. It was unseasoned white rice with sprinkles of cilantro out of a jar. It didn’t even come with a lime but a lemon! The glob of avocado was a complete miss with the giant chunks of olives . For $16.30 this thing wasn’t bigger than a side salad, pretty big rip off. I don’t like wasting food or money but I paid and didn’t even take two bites! 1 bite was enough to make me gag and I was starving from my road trip. To the owners: I would recommend taking this Rachel Ray concoction off your menu or make it edible at least! Wow.

I love the atmosphere in here, and it was pretty empty when we went at 2 on a Wednesday. At first I was a little put back at the price of the burgers, but when I got it, it put my mind at ease. They serve massive burgers here, and the waffle fries are amazing! Also, we hardly waited for our burger. I’d say 12 to 15 minutes, which is amazing for a sit down restaurant wait time. Also very kind server, unfortunately I don’t remember her name otherwise I’d mention her! I will definitely be coming back!

We stumbled across this & so glad we did. Food was great very reasonable prices. And wait staff are extremely attentive. Even with a packed house service was fantastic. Wednesday night was music nite too. FABULOUS BAND.
