Can never go wrong with Timbers! Always great food and service. We absolutely love the burgers. They’re big, filling, and worth the money. The pizzas are also pretty good! We’ve never had bad service either. They can get busy, but it’s a great place on a weeknight to enjoy dinner.

We ate here twice during our 3 day stay… the first time I had sweet chili wings, they were a little fatty but good and big portions and my boyfriend got the mushroom and Swiss and he said it was great. The other night we ate there we had a pizza… it was definitely not worth the cost, I was hoping for better, honestly. We tried to eat there in the morning one other time and they were closed… but it said open on Google maps. I would still return, and try other things on the menu. It is definitely the cheaper option at the casino and convenient to grab and go to the room.

Red Pepper Mascarpone soup was unusual and delicious. Nice red pepper taste without being spicy and hot. Buffalo wings were huge, meaty, and not too hot. They are breaded but not heavily. Crispy and juicy. 6 to a serving and I was stuffed.
Burger was fresh, tender, juicy, cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and very flavorful.
First time at this Timbers but have been to New Buffalo several times. Consistently good, hearty food at a reasonable price.

Ordered the Buffalo wings , house salad and a macademia nut cookie.($26).. All was good, the wings are on the greasy / fatty side but I still ate them… Over all, I would recommend if the Buffet is closed and you don’t feel like driving to go eat elsewhere.

Always had a good experience with Timbers, Service is always good, atmosphere, always clean, but the last 2 times food has not been great quality. This time the pizza was doughy and fried mushrooms were mushy. The last time, pizza was burnt to a crisp and not good at all.

It’s expected slightly pricey but good fast food casino fare. It’s awesome that they have a plant based menu! The service unfortunately leaves a bit to be desired. While the staff is always friendly the line takes forever (likely because they never have the second register open and the computer system seems slow), and on my recent visit my order was misheard or placed wrong and while they corrected it, I was overcharged, had both a staff member a manager ask me multiple times what I ordered (plant based cheese pizza with extra sauce), was left with cold fries since they didn’t remake along with the pizza, and they threw non-plant-based Parmesan cheese in the box of the plant based cheese pizza. I also ordered seasoned fries and even confirmed the seasoning with the cashier, but received unseasoned fries.
The food is decent but when they’re charging the prices they are for the food it is, I expect it to be a bit easier and more accurate. Other than the same slow line at new buffalo, they’re a much more consistent experience.
Update: I was reached out to in order to make things right. Instead of just ignoring it or giving a refund I was ensured that feedback was taken seriously and knowing Four Winds I believe them! I’ll be sure to go back soon and update my review but for now I’m at least changing the stars to reflect their awesome customer service. Thanks Lauren for your assistance!

If I didn’t take my chicken buffalo wrap home today, I would have sent it back. The wrap had two little chicken tenders doused in hot sauce to the point it was making the wrap soggy as well as some of the fries. Normal buffalo chicken wraps have pieces of seasoned chicken with lettuce and tomato and dressing, usually ranch. At least the fries without hot sauce were good! Cannot belive this meal was served this way!

We have been eating here for yrs. Friend ordered a burger last night well done as she always does. They said they would no longer make a burger well done. She got a manager they said we make them med well now.. She said I pd for it I want no pink. It was pink. Lost 6 customers that eat there every week.
