The early reviews must have been written shortly after this place opened and they were going through their shakedown. We stayed on a very busy weekend and they got us our food quickly. The pretzel was huge but lacked flavor and the milkshakes were tremendous.

Food is average. The wait was terrible, over one hour for just a single chicken tenders and fries. The service people look overwhelmed and have no good system in place to get food out. I watched so much food just sitting there and the lady at the counter couldn’t figure out how to get it out. Also she was constantly touching her long braids and then handling the food. Gross.

Food is disgusting. My burger was cold fries was soggy, and Mountain Dew soda was watered down . Prices at this location is a ripoff, kids nugget meal looked microwaveable and soggy, my kid said it was nasty . I’m so disappointed $$$ down the drain . Don’t let the photos fool you !

The digital kiosk robotic ordering system is a good idea, but kiosk orders don’t translate to the human servers. The servers missed multiple items on our receipt when the order pinged as “ready.” We paid extra for tomatoes on our cheese burgers but they said they don’t have any even though they charged us anyway at the kiosk. What’s ridiculous is that after some complaints they “found” some tomatoes. The confusing issue of it all is likely due to their disorganization. If any other customer runs into issues I suggest asking for the manager instead of bickering with the servers. You won’t like eye rolls as responses to your simple asks.
