Expensive and mediocre food. Stopped by for a Reno Melt on the breakfast menu. It’s pretty much a glorified bacon, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin. Please save your money and get the same thing at McDonald’s next door. You’ll pay less and it’ll taste better too.

I travel a lot. Have never had worse service ever. I told my server I had about an hour until my flight. Was told nothing on the menu would come out in time, including the burger. Was told nachos were the only thing I could get in time. I ordered them and the pork nachos came out cold. Guy next to me ordered the burger and it came out in 5 minutes. My beer was served in a plastic cup. Everyone else at the bar got a glass cup. I was the only non white at the bar.

Great beer selection with up to 20 varieties. Quick service at the bar for a beer, but was a little surprised to see this style glass was served for an IPA, and a bit suspect about the volume of beverage. An Icky IPA will cost you $9.74 out the door.

Best restaurant in the Reno airport, but it’s still at the airport. They are short staffed so expect a wait if you want a proper table, otherwise just mosey on up to the bar and seat yourself. The food is pretty good but they have often been out of items when I have been there. Don’t rush your drink, because you can take it to the gate with you!

We didn’t get anything to eat. We just had a drink. We ordered an paid with our cell phone. They were short of staff. However the waitress and bartender had a positive attitude. They were working extra hard with smiles on their faces. The food looks good.

Terrible customer service. Stood at the wait to be seated sign for 5 minutes. No acknowledgement not even a we will be right with you. There were at least 2 other couples with us. Asked the bartender was there a hostess and she was rude and snotty with my wife. She basically said we could not have been there that long. Everyone moved like they had no purpose in life. After reading reviews on here it seems to be the norm. Went to McDs next door and had food before the other people standing there were even seated. Avoid at all costs.

It’s better than average airport food and atmosphere after you’ve gone through security. We fly a lot and stop here every time when leaving out of Reno, probably 15 times since they opened. The place is all business, not exactly overflowing with friendly, We don’t mind since we’re just passing through, and the tips are for service, not entertainment
