Timber Pizza Co. absolutely nailed it. The pizza was outstanding perfectly blistered crust with just the right chew, fresh toppings, and incredible flavor balance in every bite. You can tell real care goes into the ingredients and execution.
Service was just as impressive. Friendly, attentive, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The team made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed.

Timber Pizza in Charleston is an absolute must-try!
As someone who eats gluten-free, I was blown away by how amazing their gluten-free pizza is. It’s wood-fired, flavorful, and perfectly crisp — nothing like those typical frozen rice crusts you get elsewhere. Even better, the regular and gluten-free pizzas look nearly identical, which says everything about how much care they put into quality and presentation.
They also offer huge, fresh salads, a full bar, and tons of other tasty options. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively — perfect for date night or catching up with friends. Charleston has so many great spots, but this one truly stands out!

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Charleston including the pizza food trucks. Tried The Bentley, The Bambino, The Penelope, and The Shirley. All were fantastic but the Shirley was my favorite. Also highly recommend the seasonal ice cream & cone platter with the homemade cones. We sat at the bar and our server (Jake) was fantastic. Prices are very reasonable.Looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem! The staff couldn’t be friendlier; they clearly care about making sure every guest feels welcome. The pizza? Next-level. So fresh and so good! Food came out so fast as well!
Drinks are also great—the cocktail menu is fresh and fun, and the craft beer selection pairs perfectly.

Excellent Neapolitan style pizza located downtown. We’ve had the Bambino, the Lucky and most recently the North Coast I think it was named(?) which had Lewis beef brisket on it and was awesome. The beef brisket empanadas were great and the “The Little C” which is a caesar salad with romaine & kale, tajin bread crumbs, peruvian peppers, parm & a miso caesar dressing.. Loved it so much I got it again tonight with the Jules pizza via door dash.. Great spot!

The best pizza in town, hands down! Very friendly service. I ordered To Go and it was great that the basil leaves were not on top so they didn’t get mushy once I got home, still tasted fresh. Small detail but I loved the “I am a pepperoni” on the box

It was our favorite restaurant. We became regular customers. Spent hundreds of dollars here.
We won’t be back.
We showed up today with our 4 grandchildren, ages 2 to 8. Went to sit at an open table and was told by one of the owners , Nick, that we couldn’t sit there because he had a group coming to take pics of the food. Social media I guess.
So he has us sit outside and wait for a table, in February. So the influencers don’t have to wait.
Table sits empty for about 20 minutes.
Another table comes available as the influencers finally arrive. So we get to move inside after they seat the social media folks.
The restaurant gets ignored while the owner focuses on the influencers.
I hope they get new business from the social media post because they lost mine.
It would’ve been pretty easy to fix. Just take care of your regular customers and have the social media folks stand by for a table. Like regular people.
Atmosphere- uncomfortably loud rap/hip hop music?? I guess they are now going more for the bar atmosphere than restaurant.
Too many choices in Charleston. We’ve moved on.
