Me again…….. just understand if you have brisket on your menu I will judge you . Here goes. Brisket 2.7 based on my one time here. Subject to change as everyone has an off day. Sides!!!!!! Potato salad cornbread (it’s a cake style but still ) Greens……. I’m not gonna use fowl language to describe the hec yes those were. Atmosphere hum could be a 1 or a 5. You gotta make that call. I was here for it. Service…… I will be back for that alone.

My daughter has been talking about this bbq place for months and we can to town today to try this BBQ. It was terrible. She ordered rib tips, Mac & cheese, greens and corn bread with sauce on the side. They didn’t give us the sauce and the food looked and taste old. The Mac & cheese looked liked they added cheese to the top. There is no words for the rib tips. Dry and chewy? The greens didn’t taste good. They were off with a funny taste. I ordered a peach cobbler and asked for it to have juice in it and it was dry and not seasoned good at all. Very disappointed with dropping $70 for trash. Will not go again. Oh and the baked beans. 2 rib tips dinners, cheeseburgers and fries, baked beans, peach cobbler and carrot cake. Nothing was fresh.

The best BBQ! The cornbread is the best I have ever tried. The rib meat falls off the bone. The portions are huge. I recommend this place over any other BBQ place.

I went in and asked if they had baby back ribs. The guy told me they had spare ribs. I said I wasn’t a fan of spare so he says hold on and walks to the back. He proceeds to come out and tells me they have baby back ribs. Ok so I order the rib dinner. He brings my order out a few minutes later with my sides and cornbread. He shows me the food to make sure it’s correct. I noticed right away they were spare ribs. I’m not stupid. I can tell the difference between spare ribs and baby backs. I took them anyways and left. So to the owner, tell your guys not to lie to customers. It’s not good for business. I will say the Mac and Cheese and Green Beans were fantastic. The cornbread was good to. Very moist. Just know I wasn’t happy but I wasn’t gonna cause a scene in there. I took them and left knowing I didn’t have baby back ribs. Five starts for the food because of the sides. Three stars for the lying service and five for atmosphere. Oh and this was my FIRST time there.

We always order the brisket sandwich. The brisket always tastes good, but the bread is always really soggy, no big deal though. The last 2 times (spaced decently apart) were not good. 1st issue was I got a moldy bun. As in, I was eating mold! That turned ME off for good, but my partner got himself one sometime down the road, and the brisket piece was 60% fat. For like $14.00, hold the mold and give me a decent slice of brisket. Also, maybe think about putting the bun and meat separately so the bun doesn’t turn into complete mush. (Has street parking)

Rib tips drowning in grease. Taste boiled, mac&cheese taste leftover wasn’t fresh! Nice guys friendly food definitely wasn’t hitting. Disappointed and was hungry should have read the reviews 1st. Listening to a co worker was nasty!!

I have only had their food once during the pandemic. I didn’t realize how close they were to where I live. I put in 2 to-go orders, rib tips, greens, potatoe salad and baked beans. $41.80. It was horrible. I was so disappointed, because I wanted some real authentic grilled rib tips. I don’t know how these were cooked. There was more “sauce” than meat. The meat tasted like beef and not pork. And absolutely no flavor. Incredibly disappointed. I couldn’t even finish the food and neither did my husband. He didn’t like his food either. Wasted money. The people were very nice, but the food was horrible.
