A cozy coffee shop located at a business center. Light upbeat music being played in the backgeound. The interior design has a homely feel, it reminds me of cafe’s in Hawaii.
Tim is very hospitable, and fast with his service.
I ordered the Caramel Latte which was pretty good and not too sweet.
What I appreciate the most about this place is that it feels like a coffee shop, and not like a Starbucks where lines of people come in and go. The owner and people who come in, stay and have conversations. This creates a good environment and great vibe, and enhances the experience and makes my coffee geeat. I would definitely come back for the hospitality alone.

So much better than any chain coffee shops. I’m a tea drinker and was even able to have a Chai Tea Latte made to order with no sweetner. My friend is a coffee drinker and found her Coffee Americano perfect. A few food items. We opted to split a warm chocolate croissant.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast got a flat white, a breakfast sandwich, and the fried rice and everything was absolutely incredible.
Tim was so friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even better. The service was warm and welcoming, and it’s easy to see why this spot is so loved, everyone who came in seemed like a regular. We sat and ate there, and it felt like such a great community vibe.

Stopped here for drinks. Their coffee and chai lattes are delicious. The owner is so nice and accommodating. Definitely would stop here again.

Tim really is making great coffee. The vibes are friendly, the dirty chai is unreal (easily the best I’ve ever had), and the Hawaiian breakfast is so good we keep coming back for it. My wife and I have visited many times, and it never disappoints. Tim somehow does it all himself and makes it look easy — a true one-man coffee wizard. San Juan is lucky to have this place.

I tried the breakfast sandwich and it was fantastic! The flavors blended perfectly. My husband went for the Hawaiian breakfast with spam, and he thought it was delicious, packed with flavor, and very satisfying. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting great coffee and a superb breakfast to kickstart their day.

The award-winning breakfast sandwich had a nice taste but was too greasy for me. The iced mocha had a nice flavor and the Vietnamese iced coffee was very smooth. Tim was very friendly and doing everything, cashier, barista, and cook. Items took 15 mins for drinks and another 5 for the food.

Today (1st time) I only had a cup of black drip coffee and a croissant, and both were 1st class. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try the food, which looks delicious.

The breakfast sandwich is absolutely incredible. Just a meld of flavors that I couldn’t replicate if I tried. Excited to try more food when I’m back in the area, and Tim is so kind and clearly takes pride in everything that he makes. A delicious sandwich and lovely experience!
