I normally go to this Tim Hortons as I work in the mall and never have any issues, until today. I got a bagel with little to no cream cheese which I pay an extra $0.60 for. I go back to complain, they’re nice, very understanding and apologetic i was happy. Until I got the same half eaten bagel back! So disgusting and not to mention them legit throwing it on.

I’ve only had little issue with this location.
-Chicken was overcooked or stale, little to no ranch.
-bagel had almost no cream cheese on one side and none at all on the other (pretty sure it costs nearly $2 to add/unsure)
I feel ripped off.
And I cant go back as they would be closed..

Just tried giving this location another chance…
The chicken was so thin it was basically just oddly textured breading…
Not even worth the money.

Worst white chocolate and french vanilla I ever had. I had french vanilla for 2 times and both the times it tasted like water. And told the employee to make it again and it tasted worser than before. I lost the impression for Tim Hortans because of this.

The worst French vanilla i had in sault ste marie. I informed the staff and they replied with a new cup of French vanilla but same.

Camomile tea is a regular item on the menu but is not available at this location. Why? I have to settle for peppermint tea. How can you run out of sleeves for the tea. You must double up the cup if you run out of sleeves. If your customer gets scalded you will be responsible. Not impressed with this location.

The food and coffee were good. We couldn’t use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don’t bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.

Super slow. The employees were standing there talking, and literally chatting with their customer friends, while there are 6-7 people in line.
Probably one of the longest times I’ve ever waited at a Tim’s, and I was late for work because of it(I needed something to eat).
I get if you have a million things to do I get it, I’ve worked in service my whole life, but there is zero sense of urgency. I’ve trained people in these jobs, and even the worst ones weren’t as slow.
Pick up the pace. It’s a busy location and you got people waiting 15-20 minutes???

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and personal pricing at this location. It is my understanding a large iced cap with a shot of any flavor comes to 4.60 but at this location it is charged for a flavor iced capp with or without whipped cream at 5.00$. And the polite response to a customer having change is not “what did you do rob a piggy bank” you just keep your mouth shut and take any form of payment. And then politely tell the customer rolled change is preferable next time. Disgusted.
