This is the third time I’ve ordered an iced coffee and it’s come with more ice than coffee. At this point, I’m basically paying for a cup of frozen cubes with a splash of caffeine.
I get that iced coffee needs ice, but when half the drink is gone before you even take a sip, something’s wrong. Consistency matters, and this keeps happening.
Please fix the ratios, because customers shouldn’t feel shortchanged every time they order a simple iced coffee.

I love this place I been coming here in the mornings for my coffee for some time now,
I have a question for management why??? do they have like 5 to 6 people working drive-thru and only one person doing counter which was Tina and Tina was doing an awesome job for having a long line of customers and some waiting she was managing pretty well I love it here but the wait its a little crazy management needs to do a little better. Tina should be leading more than some of this people you have leading sorry but sometimes it’s really hard to understand them.

First time customer but I have heard a lot of great things. Overall, it was decent. My sandwich was pretty tasty, but that was about the most of it. Although I didn’t sample, the one thing I am impressed with is the extensive menu. They have you covered for all meals.

Its sad when you ask and pay for double cream cheese and this is what you get. Do better Tim Hortons.
EDIT: Went back to give it another try, myself and my 2 co-workers all asked for double cream cheese again and paid the extra. This is what they gave us. You need to do a better job of training your staff.

I am writing to formally document a concerning experience I recently had with a manager named Stephanie at the Tim Hortons location in Sandwich Town. The interaction raised significant questions about the level of professionalism being upheld at this store.
I contacted the location by phone with the intention of asking a straightforward question. When Stephanie answered, her tone was immediately abrupt. I began by politely asking if I could speak with the manger, but before I was able to explain the purpose of my call, she cut me off and demanded to know who I was and what I wanted. The manner in which she expressed this came across as unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive.
Because I was not given the opportunity to communicate my question and felt that the interaction was not being handled in a professional or constructive manner, I made the decision to end the call and advised I will contact the district manager, as I did not feel that my inquiry could be addressed appropriately at the store level. She then politely said ok great good bye.
This experience does not reflect the standard of customer service I expect from Tim Hortons, nor does it align with the respectful, community-oriented environment that the Sandwich Town neighborhood values. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that customer interactions are conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist. After hearing from multiple team members at this location Stephanie lacks the leadership and professionalism for the position she holds.

There were almost seven people working this morning when we to get coffee but still there was no one to show up at the counter. The queue was too big and even drive-thru had atleast 15 cars. The service was way too pathetic. With these many people working still they aren’t fast enough to finish up orders. Needs more organisation skills.

***September 28th 2023…service was terribly slow. Waited over 15 minutes for a SMALL roast beef craveable sandwich. Took so long I finished my coffee before I got my sandwich. Slower service than the location on Tecumseh Road West (Near Huron Church Line).
***April 23rd 2024…tables were terribly dirty. And were never cleaned up.
