It is the only eatable outlet in PA, and I am truly impressed with the quick service and positive attitude of the staff. The food and coffee are absolutely my favourites. The environment is very comfortable and pleasant, making it a great place to dine out. There is also no issue with parking, which adds to the overall convenience.

I don’t know why but when ever I visit the staff seem to be rushing around like soldier ants but don’t seem to get anything done. Absolutely no organization whatsoever and theu seem to run out of stuff regularly. I ordered an egg box with sausage. They had no sausage balls so he cut up a sausage pattie but didn’t cut it through so, then you’re struggling to cut it using the one spork that you are given. The coffee ran out on my last three out of four visits leading to a line up out of the door. Lovely staff just totally unorganized.

Today I ordered breakfast for my kids, drove all the way back home to give my kids the breakfast sandwiches, only to find out that none of the 4 simply sausage sandwiches had any sausage on them. I left home, once again, to return my sandwiches and had to explain to almost 6 different people my issue and frustration. He took the sandwiches from me and added sausage to each one instead of making me fresh ones for the inconvenience, gas, and waste of my time. Not a single apology or anyone holding themselves accountable for the mishap. Absolutely annoying and unprofessional and unsanitary to bring food that made it to someone’s home back into their prep station.

Coffee isn’t a science, but they could write a book here about how to make it the wrong way. Ordered a black dark roast coffee and it was beyond terrible. Paired it with an everything bagel with cream cheese which made for an even more disappointing experience. The middle eastern woman working the sandwich area spread all the cream cheese on one side unevenly and threw it in a bag after burning it in the toaster. This was at 4pm on February 8th

I come here every day, and today I had a horrible experience at 2:20 PM. I ordered a chicken Cravable sandwich, but they handed it to me on a wrap. I told them I wanted it on a sandwich, and the three workers argued with me, saying it comes on a wrap and that you have to ask for it on a sandwich (which I never do, since it always comes on a sandwich). After talking with them and getting nowhere, I decided to eat the wrap, only to find it contained just one piece of chicken. They repeatedly told me that the chicken Cravable only comes with one piece of chicken, which it does not. The employees were disrespectful when they could have easily fixed it.

Used to be a great location until the new people came in every good employee left because new temp hires would be taking their positions forcing them to switch to evenings after years of great service. Now it’s dirty it takes 30 minutes to get a coffee and sometimes no English or French to communicate with them. Just go to scholtens if you’re on break or lunch or forget it.

Worst service from a Tim’s. Got served by Chris. Asked for a coffee, latte and timbits. Super basic. Seemed like he was trying to be exta friendly to everyone else rather than serve me properly. I had to ask for a cup sleeve after each hot drink he brought back. I also had to ask for a cup tray. He was already talking to the next person before he even finished serving me. He also took my wife’s latte to the back where I couldn’t see what he was doing and it took longer than it should have. I’ve ordered the same things before at other locations with no issues and it was quick. The standard for any hot drink is a cup sleeve and ive alway been offered a cup tray. This guy just seemed to not want to deal with me and intentionally slowed down and mixed up the type of timbits I asked for. If Management reads this, I hope he gets re-trained or something.
Will never stop by this location again.
