This location is hit or miss. Most of the time the service here is good, staff are friendly. One of the biggest issues is Tim Hortons employees are trained to only better one side of a bagel. Usually when you ask art other locations of they could butter both sides they will, not this location in fact half the time when you ask this location they don’t butter either side!
Also the cleanliness of this location is going down! I’ve heard before you eat a place check out the bathroom! If it’s clean then you know the kitchen is clean! I couldn’t believe both disposals in the bathroom were over flowing and in need of emptying!

I wanna share my happiness with everyone. I wanted to write something about one employee, but I didn’t know her name before. Today, I read her name on her name tag on her uniform — her name is Harjot.
She is a very respectful and professional girl in her work. She always makes everyone’s order right in front of the customers so they can see the way she keeps everything clean and properly makes the correct order. Most customers are very satisfied with her service.
Today, I got a wrong order from someone else, and even though she was very busy at the drive-thru, she helped me to fix my order correctly again. She really wins customers’ hearts with her kindness and dedication. She deserves appreciation for her excellent service!

I usually visit this tims location, and I’ve noticed a girl named Harjot, who always greets everyone with a warm smile. She never ignores customers — even when she’s busy with other tasks, she makes sure to give them her full attention and priority to the customers. Often times I stop here, as it’s the only place on my way home from work. As much as I regret to say it, almost every single time here, there’s been something wrong with my order. As I’m not usually one to complain, I leave it be and move on. Today on my way home from work, i decided to grab a quick bite to eat, a grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap with no tomato. After leaving, not only was I met with tomato, I was also met with NO chicken, at all. Being where it is, you would think that a location like this would be extra attentive to they’re orders going out the window, considering it adds an additional timeframe just to get back on that side of the highway. I was told to bring it to ANY Tim’s location: which I am not comfortable doing, as I know they’re owned individually and would likely not be honoured a replacement.

We travel weekly to Lindsay and on our way to go home via 407, we always go thru the drive thru for something for the road. Today, November 8th at about noon, we were in the line, my steering wheel went stiff and JUST before we got to the window, the car died! We are seniors with mobility issues and were distraught with all the lineup behind us. Two young guys who work there came out to help, knew to open a tab to unlock so we could put in neutral (i had tried in park to restart)… got us to move and pushed us out of the way. Such nice young people. I wish I had gotten their names but through the excitement I didn’t. If the owner reads this, I wish they would give them our eternal gratitude and know they have awesome employees… the coffees and wraps were excellent to eat while we waited for CAA. Awesome people, service and food…. hope to see you again next week as usual! Thank you so much!

Ive gone to this location a few times when I’m driving accross the 115. My orders are always correct and they’re always fairly quick at getting things done and served out.

My visit to Tim Hortons was great! The coffee was fresh and delicious, and the donuts were soft and tasty. I went with my mother-in-law and my cousin, who enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. The restroom was clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming—perfect for a quick break. Tim Hortons always delivers a good experience!
