On the night of October 29, 2025, around 10:15 PM, I went through the drive-through and ordered a large French Vanilla coffee, which cost $3.87. However, even though I received a large cup, the amount of coffee inside was closer to a medium.
I paid for a large size, so I expected the cup to be filled accordingly. If I wanted a medium, I would have ordered one. Please ensure that large cups are filled to the correct level so customers receive what they pay for.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. The coffee was fresh and the donuts were really tasty. The staff were friendly and served customers quickly. The place was clean and comfortable to sit in. I would definitely come back again for coffee and snacks.

Worst drive through experience ever at exmouth Christiana st Tim Hortons. Have no clue what I did (nothing) but rude, through my coffee in my hand, I almost dropped it. Of course new canadian.. bright red lip stick. If you un happy with you’re job find a new one

I just want to give them one basic customer service advice, if the mistake is from your team’s end , just admit it, if you’re willing to explain it to the customer so do it or just apologize and end the whole confusion rather than throwing attitude and blaming it on customers. Received a major attitude from few employees because “they” couldn’t see the order on their system , waited several minutes just to get those dont care, doesn’t matter attitude from almost 4-5 employees who constantly kept asking for the name on the order but still failed to see it in their system . I usually dont like to leave negative reviews but if I could give this store a negetive 5 , I would without any second thought.

Two days in a row going through the drive-thru. Both times my order was messed up. Both times I was rushed through while trying to place to order at the window. Today, I even said, “stop and listen to what I’m saying” and then she repeated it back to me and she did repeat it correctly, but once i got my items home to eat my breakfast and have my steeped tea …. the tea was a coffee. Yesterday I ordered at breakfast wrap with no chipotle, but to add ketchup instead, then once I was on road driving out of town….guess what— there was chipotle in my wrap and no ketchup.

A word to the employees: Stop rushing people through to drive through… Listen!

A word to the customer: I think its time we not feel rushed and check our order before driving away.

Their drinks tend to be alright, nothing special, sometimes a bit of a disappointment. They sometimes overdo the amount of ice. A couple of times I’ve asked for light ice, got home, removed the ice, and had a third of actual drink which for the price isn’t the best.

​I visited this location on time 183 exmount at approximately 2pm and had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
​The primary issue was that the coffee machine was broken and completely unable to provide the service I paid for. After spending $18, I was subsequently denied a full refund for the purchase of a product/service that was not delivered.
​What made the experience truly unacceptable was the staff’s reaction. When I raised the issue and the denied refund, the employees at the counter were audibly laughing and joking about the situation, showing a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for a paying customer.
​This is not only poor customer service but also highly unprofessional conduct. I urge management to review their refund policy and staff behavior training. I recommend others be cautious when purchasing services here, as there is no guarantee of product delivery or respectful treatment.

Had the worst experience at the drive-thru today. The guy taking the order charged me extra for my Ice Capp, gave me the wrong order, and added about $5 extra to my bill. When I pointed it out, he was extremely rude and insisted it was my order — even though I never customized anything the way he gave it. He changed the order on his own and refused to fix it. Totally unacceptable customer service. I’ve always liked Tim Hortons, but this location seriously needs better staff training and management oversight.
