4 staff working and they weren’t busy. They were just joking around with each other. I asked for an everything bagel toasted with butter and strawberry jam, a jalapeno bagel toasted with cream cheese, a large double double with an espresso shot and a large coffee with 2 cream and 3 sugars.
As I was standing in line, first thing I noticed was the Timbits were not even made properly like how they typically are supposed to, unless it’s the right way and every other Tim’s location is making it wrong. The bagel was not even cut in half. The cream cheese wasn’t evenly spread.
Lastly the coffee is extremely watered down, wouldn’t even call it coffee.
Very bad experience. Don’t waste your time and money at this Tim’s location.

I don’t ever review places, but this is out of hand, every time I go to this tims, they let me down again and again. The people are great. The food, coffee, and service for walk ins have gone down hill drastically. More often than not they serve burnt coffee or watered down coffee. The wraps come balled up with nothing in them, and the beagles have next to no cream cheese in them. The portions for the cost do not add up at all. Sucks cause there are some good people working there. Tim Hortons, in general, has either got too big and cheap and care about the standards they once had, or the management has started pinching pennies all over town. I’m switching to country style and home brew.

Bought a chicken bacon wranch wrap without tomato, the chicken was nasty and had to be thrown out after biting into it.
Odd texture as if it was sitting under a heat lamp and had a dark discoloration on it.
The chicken meat inside the breading had a dried out texture.
Big chunk of the chicken is just breading (crispy)
Didn’t notice until I got home, didn’t want to eat there due to the entire building smelling like B.O. inside…

Honestly just avoid this Tim Hortons. They can’t get orders right and they have a couple drive-thru workers who wear the most toxic smelling perfume and so much of it that it clings to the food and drinks. More then once I’ve ended up going to another Tim Hortons to get my breakfast and coffee replaced because the perfume makes it inedible. This use to be a favourite Tim Hortons, now I dread when I don’t have time to detour elsewhere on my way to work.

Asked to use the bathroom after getting gas and was told someone was already in there. Waited outside the bathroom and a tim hortons employee from this location came out. When I went in I noticed the sink was completely dry even though I heard the toilet flush. I guess every order comes with a free side of poop

Just had an iced coffee – guess what it took me forever waiting in line although there was no one in front of me; some girl/ emplyee at the back ignored me twice- and then some Lady( probably addict)- just put her hear to Rest on a table( no arguments, no nothing)- when another like 20 year old employee leaves her counter and shakes her and tells her she can’t sleep there ( OK can’t rest or sleep for like 10 minutes or something)… etc;

Been going there for years. Today was the last time. !!!!!!!!! Service is incredibly slow and order mistakes seem to be a daily event. Panhandlers taken over the outside. Time for new management . If there is any now where do they hide.

Horrible experience, i went there today (25/12/24) 4:20 pm , I stood in line for nearly 20 mins and they didn’t even make my order correctly. I especially told triple triple steep tea but they literally added no sugar and tea is cold. I would expect atleast to get the correct order if i am waiting that much just for a cup of tea. And this has not happened first time.
