Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever ordered from. Misscharged my order, missed an entire item and extras requested on wrap, when they chose to make me a new one the next day my hashbrowns were literally rock solid and fried so much they sounded like a rock. For both the wraps remade.
If we can’t read orders correctly, use our mobile order window properly or even have energetic atmosphere why are you guys hiring inadequate people who cannot work service industry?
The worker literally almost handed my food to a stranger the first time.

I was very satisfied with my visit to this Tim Hortons location as Kamal substituted muffins for the remaining of 6 donuts that they did not have as it was closing shift. She was very polite.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the young girl working at Tim Hortons on today evening — she was running the whole store by herself and still had the sweetest smile on her face! She took my order perfectly and made everything just right. Really appreciated how calm and friendly she was even though it was busy. Great job to her — she totally deserves appreciation !

Very disappointed with the service. The staff were not friendly and the customer service was poor. I ordered a coffee and the taste was really bad and not fresh. The drink was not made properly. I expected better quality. I hope they improve their service and coffee quality.

No greetings, No smiles, evening staff is worst of all tims in Sault!! Waited for 10mins for my order of just a medium tea on my break!! The lady was doing nothing but talking. Moreover, gave me cold tea instead of warm and fresh. I request to change staff for evening around 7-10. Please take those people which are good in communication and greets to everyone.

Went through the drive-thru early this morning around 630am. Girl sounded half asleep on the speaker, but my main concern is that after I was handed my drinks and muffins, I was checking to make sure the lid on my dad’s tea was on properly because it didn’t look like it was. The girl opened her window again and said to me “our drive thru is timed, you need to go” in a rude voice. I was shocked. Not one vehicle was behind me. I could understand if there was a line up behind me, but really? I go to Tim Hortons often (various locations) and have never been told to get going. I was shocked and pulled away feeling very discontent.

Eight staff members work in drivethru and only one person serving the dine in. They don’t need all that staff in in drivethru. Some of them standing around pretending to do something. I am not pleased with the slow service in the dine in.
