I always have a great experience at the Tim Hortons on Vidal Street South in Sarnia. The manager, Bonnie, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring customers are happy. The staff—including Sonia, Prabhnoor, Paul, Blesson, Jacky, Debie, Shayla, Abby, Nisha, and others—are consistently friendly, professional, and hardworking. In the mornings, there’s a guy at the drive-thru window named Milan—his friendly smile and positive attitude always make my day. The service here is fast, consistent, and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations in town!

Stopped by the drive-thru late last night and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The night crew was quick, polite, and got the order right even at that hour. I usually come in around lunch time every monday and tuesday and I love the service provided to me by the young girl at this time.i usually go in the store instead of the drive thru. Sheis always so nice and polite and always with a big smile. The way she talked bewitched me into thinking she might be my cindrella. I wish i could go to her with her lost shoe. Visited this Tim’s for breakfast and found the donuts fresh and the coffee well made. Drive-thru moved efficiently waited only a few minutes and the staff handled orders politely under pressure. The front-of-house and tables were generally clean; fascinating about this particular store is the staff addresses the customer with a smile even in there rush hours. Overall a good spot for a quick grab-and-go or a casual stop or to hangout with friends

I go almost everyday. It’s the best Timmies in the area in every way ‐ friendly and speedy service and a clean environment.
When I say speedy, i mean it. This location is in Chemical Valley. They probably see some of the busiest and longest lunch rushes in town especially during Turnarounds, and still their organization and communication with each other gets you through the line faster than at other places.
I’ll also add, as someone who formerly worked in the fast food industry, I appreciate hearing staff enforcing break times on each other. The staff are a committed bunch and I know it can be hard to walk away when it’s busy, so it’s great that they look after each other.

Had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently! We stopped by late in the evening with a group of friends and the service was quick, smooth, and super friendly. Special thanks to Jass, who made our visit even better with her warm attitude and attention to detail. She got all our orders right, even with the customizations, and served everything with a smile. The drinks were fresh and perfect for the chilly night. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons experiences we’ve had in a while. Will be back for sure!
