I love getting cozy by the fireplace chatting with a friend enjoying one of their delicious coffees at a less expensive price than the others. But usually I just swing through the drive thru for my Ice Cap made with almond milk (oat milk is even better but higher in calories), with one of their ciabatta buns, plain and unheated. I just wish they had more locations.

Went to store today and there was nobody but me not even at drive thru. Waited for a couple minutes and was never acknowledged my presence, girl was cleaning in back and I guess to busy to at least acknowledge my presence. Have always been a loyal customer guess I’ll have to reconsider visiting again.

The service is slow if you order anything other than doughnuts. Timbits have gone downhill. I used to get all good, then gradually a few looking like this. Today I had 1 decent one & the rest looked like this.

If I could give negative reviews on the customer service I would. Not only do they mess up your order, they are rude to you when you go in to try to get what you actually ordered. The service has been going down hill and those who work there who actually care about doing their job correctly are extremely few and far between.

Regular visitor. Visit often. Was there for last time when told they charge 0.65 for a pup cup even with 2 coffee purchases. Girl was also very condescending and rude. Not going back. Lost loyal customer.
