A shout out to Leslie for her awesome customer service!
Here’s the story – after the app allowed me to order something the store doesn’t carry (I will no longer be using the app) I went through the drive-thru and was told they didn’t have that in order to get a refund I needed to contact customer service. After submitting two tickets – the first of which was never responded to – and a month and half of emailing back and forth with customer service I was finally told that they couldn’t issue me a refund and that I’d need to go to the individual store. The customer service rep also warned me that because the stores are independently owned, the manager could refuse me a refund.
I went in fully expecting to get pushback for asking for a refund on an order I placed 49 days ago. I also figured this was going to be the last time I went to Tim Hortons because this go-round so far was ridiculous.
Instead, Leslie was understanding, helpful and we lamented the frustration together. She immediately found my order still in her system and could see I was being honest. I was quickly given a refund and a little treat for my trouble. I’ve never been a big Tim Horton’s customer, but I plan to go more often now.

Not gonna lie I thought they were closed but pulling up to the speaker I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who suggested some very great coffee! I tried the new pumpkin spice latte and it was great! I have never had one of those before and I got a chocolate donut. Also amazing! Very quick service and friendly staff!

Drive-thru is what I perfer every Thursday Sunday for my husband breakfast. The Drive-thru lady she is always professional, has a great smile,she always has friendly demeanor,her nails are clean,shes organized working the window, uniform clean,professional, relates to customer and acknowledges and is aware of reoccurring customers and recognizes them and their order, we need receipts she always prompt with knowing amd giving it to us and not having to ask her or remind her. Makes us go back every time. Thank you for all your hard work!

I love Tim Hortons, just not the one in Tecumseh, MI. Uh. . . I heard it was bad but, I like TH so much I figured it can’t be that bad. Let me tell you. It was! I’m talking about the coffee. It wasn’t what we asked for. One peppermint with soy and pumpkin spice with soy and splenda. It was black coffee with whip cream, Carmel. Yuck!! I can tell they didn’t add soy because my stomach hurts. Lactose intolerance unfortunately. Anyway, I will drive the extra 15 minutes next time I crave some Tims. Sorry Mr. Horton, nothing personal.

One of my very favorite places to go and hang out if I’ve got work to do. Messed up and social distanced, they do a great job of cleaning tables after each use. The food here is not quite up my alley, but I love the coffee and the donuts.
