I walked into Tim Hortons this morning and greeted the wait staff with a happy “Good morning you beautiful people.”
They looked at each other and kind of snickered and never even returned my greeting at all. I was handed my donuts and coffee and I said thank you so much and the staff member never even answered me much less looked at me.
I realize that the service industry is treated terribly, at times, but I never do that. I always treat service staff cheerfully, kindly, and appropriately.
The staff numbers at the store need to be trained to treat customers professionally and kindly. They obviously have not received that training as of yet. I received my food promptly but not very professionally. Do better folks! We can get our food wherever we want.

As a mom driving home late from a family Christmas celebration, my kids were *hungry*—and gas station food just wasn’t going to cut it. Every fast-food place in town that Google said was “open” was closed. Even McDonald’s. We were tired, frustrated, and running out of options.
Then we found the **Tim Hortons on Airport Road in Jackson, MI**—and not only was it open at **11pm on Christmas Day**, but the **owner/boss herself was there**, supporting her staff after having already been on site since **4am Christmas Eve**. That alone says everything.
The food was warm, fast, and comforting—but what really stood out was the heart behind the operation. This wasn’t just a business staying open; this was someone showing up for their **team and their community** on a holiday when most places didn’t.
You fed tired kids, gave a worn-out mom a moment of relief, and reminded us what real leadership and community care looks like. Thank you to this Tim Hortons and to an owner who clearly leads by example. You were exactly what we needed when we needed it most.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My coffee was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the food came out warm and exactly how I ordered it. It’s one of those spots where you feel comfortable whether you’re grabbing something on the go or sitting for a quick break. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for good coffee

My first time trying Tim Hortons, and it won’t be the last, i was delighted with how friendly and quick there service was. The Coffee was fresh and smooth, Donuts 10/10 soft and delicious. And you can notice how clean the place is.

My first time. It is 11am so not peak hours. Caramel latte tasted like coffee with milk. Hash browns over fried in very dirty oil. Bagel sandwich was okay but the bagel was very tough. We had to ask for napkins The one bright spot was the donuts were very good.

First time at a Tim Horton’s today and won’t be back. We went through the drive thru for coffee. The lady working was extremely rude, trying to rush us to order even though we were the only customer and was unfriendly through the whole transaction even when we tipped. I ordered a hot latte and it was room temperature and undrinkable. Not sure when it was made, but had obviously been sitting out awhile. The americano was hot, and obviously fresh. But they had no honey to use as a sweetener, first time I have been to a coffee shop that doesn’t have honey. Was very disappointing and a waste of money.

I want to be fair and give at least 3 stars for the service, cleanliness and some of the food and drinks. The ice tea is excellent, the donut and cookie are tasty but… the pictures below show our steak and cheddar paninis… which are not very grilled and not at all melted, however, the flavor was very good. Considering the time it took for the crew to make them it seems like they both could have been made properly. Not a deal breaker but we will for sure check our food before leaving in the future.

I like going to this tim hortons because it is 24hr. I went there tonight like I always do and ordered a LG Matcha with cold foam. I get to the window to wait because at night there is normally only one person there. She was on her phone talking to someone and clearly distracted. I had noticed that while she was preparing a drink it didn’t look like the one I ordered. Of course I just speculated because they might have online orders as well. Before the drink was finished she came over to give me my free doughnut and tell me the price I had to pay. I went over my order MULTIPLE TIMES just in case that it was an iced matcha with cold foam she said yes. Then she proceeded to had me a hot one. I then told her again it was supposed to be iced, she said “oh yeah thats right,”. She then made it over again in a cup used to hold the hot drinks, of course this doesn’t matter I just thought it was odd. During this entire interaction she was still on her phone. I also noticed while I was in line that there were more people behind me in the drive through and many other cars were leaving because of the long wait. She came back and I repeated the drink again that it was a lg iced matcha with cold foam and she again realized she forgot something. After that she handed me the drink and I was done with this whole interaction. I tried the drink only for it to taste like milk…..like JUST milk. NORMALLY it never tastes like this and you can taste the matcha.
Overall this whole thing was unprofessional and damn right wrong.

I’ve been wanting to stop into this new Tim Hortons. Today was the day. I figured more people use the drive through so the sit-down would be empty. I was right. So went in, ordered, sat down and had a nice quiet meal with my wife.
