Asked for no ice, confirmed twice that it’s no ice in the drink. Pulled around, paid and get handed a drink with ALL the ice. Really disappointed that a simple request can’t be met. Don’t waist you time and money. $6 for three sips and a cup of ice.

So, a while ago I was asked by the new owners to give this place another chance after having a terrible experience. Now that I go by regularly again, I decided to do that cuz its my favorite place to get coffee. My coffee has been great, my food however has been less than stellar. Today my breakfast wrap was luke warm and my hashbrown was burned. Now, I’ve tried several times over the last few weeks. My food has regularly not been hot or not the correct order at all.
I understand that everywhere is hard up right now, but when I’m paying for food I kinda expect to be able to eat it. The only reason I gave 2 stars this time was because the staff working the drive thru have all been very nice and friendly.

Delicious breakfast items. And the coffee and donuts are excellent.
They also do great bakut taking care of any issue or miscommunication. Girls are very friendly and awesome to work with.

I ordered a scrambled loaded wrap for breakfast and the amount of sausage and filling I got was laughable. For $5.49 a wrap I would expect something with more than the contents of a McDonald’s breakfast burrito. I also found a piece of lettuce in the wrap at 8 AM… you guys haven’t served lettuce since the previous night. That is disgusting and makes me question the cleanliness of this location. I will not be returning.

Updated 2025: i decided to try this place again. EvennThough the window tendon was super nice , the chai tea latte was absolutely awful and not worth the money! It tasted like an extremely watered down chai and ifnYou’ve ever had that.It is not very pleasant to taste.
2023: I came to this location to redeem my points for Free donut. I was having a tough morning.
The person working Wouldn’t redeem it
And they didn’t bother explaining the reward system or trying to fix it for me
They did not care about my service to others
So I just left
I’m not gonna pay for a donut that is supposed to be free
I have never had this problem with a corporation Reward system before
I will no longer be coming to this location
Hire people with some energy that smile
Have some integrity and care about what their doing & and their services to others

The staff is always nice, but they don’t wear gloves when making the bagels and then touch their dirty clothes in between making the food. I wish it was more cleanly because I would love to go here more often.
