I got my coffee it was not even filled up all the way. Paid over 5 for it so it should be filled. Asked about it and they were like oh that’s how it’s made. Didn’t even try to please the customer at all. I WILL NOT BE BUYING COFFEE FROM THERE AGAIN.

I am a lover of the caramel macchiato and go at least 3-4 times a week. BUT this ended this morning. Everyday I go its $4.55, this am it was $5.75, difference of $1.20. I figured because this has happened before that I would get it corrected at the window since I was in the drive-thru like always. When I asked the young man what was wrong with the bill, since I was just there 2 days ago, got the same drink for $4.55, The response was, “a system upgrade took place since they no longer will be accepting pennies and most pricing changed also.” I said ok, I guess I will not be coming here anymore then.
Knowing that these are mostly franchise owned, this very drink costs $4.76 at miller rd, flint location. $5.15 at the Clio rd location, and $4.86 at the Pierson rd location. So because they are no longer accepting PENNIES, my drink went up $1.20. My current points with Tim Hortons is 3645, that should show how often I go. NO MORE, Coffee is really becoming outrageous and for the Tim Hortons that sees me 3-4 times a week to raise my drink price that much, YOU ARE RIPPING ME OFF. I have no problems with service atmosphere or staff, But if that is the direction you advise your employees to handle your ENORMOUS price hike, I will make sure everyone in Frankenmuth knows this.

I came through the drive through and ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate for my mother and I. It took roughly 2 minutes for anyone to even speak to me at the speaker box I guess I should have known it was a bad idea to get anything here by that alone. After I put my order in and went up to the window, I waited for another minute for someone to come to the window to take my payment and as soon as I did pay they shut the window on me immediately and I sat for ANOTHER 2 minutes waiting for my drinks. I asked for whipped cream on both drinks and once my drinks were handed out the person who took my order and payment told me he forgot the whipped cream on the coffee so he took it back from me after I got the drinks and I didnt see where he went off to. About 30 seconds went by when he handed it back to me then shut the window. After I got home, we found out my mother’s coffee did not have the whipped topping even though they took it back to put some on. Also, both the coffee and hot chocolate tasted very watered down and gross, I couldn’t even drink mine and I’m sure my mother didn’t finish her’s either. For almost $9 for 2 drinks, I expected better quality coffee. I would not come back here again for poor overpriced coffee.

11:35 today my family ordered food and ate in. Before we left I asked for tap water and was told it would be a dollar. I told her I already paid for food and she said it would still be a dollar. No orders on the screen. It’s 2025 and we are still being charged for tap water. I used to be a manager in fast food and the phrase “just give them the pickle” comes to mind. Even if it’s policy to charge for the extra pickle, you give it to build relationship and avoid the negative connotations. Especially if it’s something small like a pickle, or in this case tap water. I won’t be recommending this place

I was waiting 5 minutes to order donuts but the manager thought it was more important to scream at an employee then complete my order. I was the only customer there and as I was leaving the manager said I will be with you in a minute. I left because I can’t buy better donuts for someone who wants my money.

The last time I visited here was over a year ago but the service was excellent. I stopped here to get one of the special mint hot chocolates and they never let me down! I have came here so many times previously as I moved away and have gotten so many more drinks. This was always my go to spot but like I said, I have since moved.

Door dashed multiple times xl coffees with 6 cream they keep giving me half and half made the coffee taste horrible! Way too many coffee grounds and the coffee was cold and old tasting. So I went to state street in saginaw and it was so so much better plus I finally got the cream from the machine and no gross half and half
