I pulled in for a decaf coffee, and at first, was told that there wasn’t any. A very kind gentleman jumped on the speaker and said he would be happy to make a fresh batch if I didn’t mind waiting a minute. I was so very appreciative of his excellent customer service. If I lived in Saginaw, I would definitely go back to that location because that kind man went above and beyond to give a great customer experience. I unfortunately did not get his name, but he was working on 11/15/2025 at 10am. That man should be a manager if he isn’t already. He knows how to make a positive customer experience.

Went on 11-16 at 9am, ordered a hot brown butter carmel latte. They try to hand me an iced, I let them know it was supposed to be hot. They ask me to pull around to the front. Fine, I can do that.
Today 11-22, I go about 8am. I order a large hot peppermint mocha latte and a breakfast sandwich. As soon as I pay they ask me to pull around to the front of building again. Why is this even a thing? When the young man brings out my items, it was clearly a medium drink. I let him know it was supposed to be a large. He said he would go fix it for me. Brings it back out not even 30 seconds later. All he did was dump it from the medium cup to a large cup. He was very nice, but he didn’t “fix it”. I needed to head to work and thet didn’t give me a receipt, so I didn’t even have that to be able to go in and show them.
I know it’s hard to tell in this picture, but the cup had about 3 inches missing from it. I know lattes always lose some when they start cooling off and the foam disappears, but it clearly was never full to begin with

I go here almost every day love the workers there! Most of them are amazing and will go out Thier way to make sure you feel welcomed and happy. Fast service! Good food and coffee. The best Tim Hortons in Saginaw Michigan by far

Ive recently moved to saginaw, being sick of the country, and I’ve always loved Timmy’s. But every time I’ve been to this one, its been just horrible experiences. Rude customer service, wrong orders, snarky remarks. Definitely not how a business should be running. After getting my usual vanilla creme donut today and biting into a dry biscuit, I decided to leave a review. I know it won’t matter, but if a higher up at the Tim Hortons on tittabawassee sees this, the place and people need some work, bud.

Tittabawassee location= Always great service. The workers are A++++ top notch, (every single one I’ve dealt with). Way better than starbucks’ etc that ive been to..I will come here over other places i visited based on that alone.

I have been to this location (3225 Tittabawassee Rd, Saginaw) 3 times in the past two weeks and every time they are out of basic items. Today @ 1:30p on a Wednesday I wanted a large chili for lunch… and they were out. So, Turkey Bacon Club, but they have no bread… but can make it on a croissant. Canceled order and will not return.
