I never leave reviews but this messed up my morning. I ordered online and waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes (which is expected first thing in the morning and not my complaint). When I got to the speaker I was immediately greeted with an attitude by a girl worker. I gave her my name for the order and she said “ok, hold up”. I sat in silence for a while. Then she says what I ordered and I confirm. She then says “ok, hold up a sec”. I sat there some more. She then very rudely and sarcastically says “you can pull around!?” I was caught off guard and simply said thank you and pulled up. By the time I got to the window a different person (a man) handed me my order without much of a word. No good morning, no nothing. I thanked him and then he finally told me to have a good day. Very poor service and not a good way to start someone’s day.

I really like black coffee but got a french vanilla just to try it since my friend loved it so much so we stopped there before we hit our job site and it taste like nothing but hot creamer . Theres always cops hanging out there and cops are violent . I prefer mcds coffee straight black .

We placed a online order and when we got to the restaurant they were all mesaed up with it. First they only gave us one drink and tim bits when we had three drinks on the order, then she wants to say it’s going to be awhile because of the other orders and we said no we want it now that’s why we placed it on the web. Well we get it back to our store and it’s all wrong! The hot coffee was just suppose to have creamer and they put sugar in it then a iced mocha coffee was suppose to have sugar in it and it’s just bitter chocolate coffee with no sugar and barely any creamer in it. Then on top of all that the tim bits only had two flavors in it…it’s suppose to be a assortment not just two flavors! You guys need to step up your game cause you’ll be losing this family!

Okay so the staff is great and I get exceptionally great service every-time I come here. However, the app never works. Why have buy one get one free or $1 coffees if you can’t use the app. Manager always overrides the app as it never works and I’ve had to call and speak with corporate in regard to the issue. Besides the complaining the line moves fast most days and the coffee is always made good! I am a frequent flyer for sure.

I avoid this location as much as I can because more often than not the employees are more interested in having their personal conversations with their back facing the drive through window than actually making my coffee. HOT coffee with cream and Splenda. Not difficult and not time consuming.

After the price increase I was willing to accept it door to really liking the coffee. But this is the third time going that the coffee was made improperly. If I’m paying a higher price please make an attempt. I called 4 Times to let them know that this is the shift that keeps on messing up the regular coffee and never got an answer. Disappointed.
