I went through the drive thru tonight craving hot chocolate. It was a day and a half of work. They were in the middle of cleaning it but said they could make it for me if I could wait three minutes. No issue there. I asked if I could have the holiday donuts and muffin one of each and they were out of everything but the Christmas tree. Mind you it’s 6pm so definitely understandable. You could tell they felt horrible. Not s huge deal I just asked for two other random donuts with the Christmas tree. I paid and pulled forward.
They took the time and thought into those two random donuts to have them be similar to the two that they were out of and made my hot chocolate absolutely beautifully. They were beyond appreciative about my patience which to me wasn’t a big deal.
I wish I got your names but those on the late shift were nothing but kind and respectful individuals and made my day.

Went here for a very late breakfast. Service was excellent, wait time was acceptable and food was incredibly good. The restaurant was quiet and clean. It was a little cold in there which seems to be the normal every where I seem to go as of late, but other than that it was a very nice time. Prices seemed reasonable also. With all the snow and cold weather there has been the parking lot was clean and easy to walk in without fear of falling

I’ve never had any real big “issues” here, outside of the wait times in your order in or order pick up take FOREVER. Like even drive thru, while it is usually pretty speedy, sometimes can take a lot longer than expected to get through. I dont necessarily think this is the workers fault at all, this place is always just so insanely busy no matter the time of day really, but ESPECIALLY in the morning, that often times its just not worth the wait to stop by unless you’ve planned ahead of time to give yourself at least an extra 15 minutes+ on your commute bc you really can end up in line for quite a hot minute if theyre extra busy.

Okay this is getting ridiculous. I came here a few weeks ago and got my standard coffee order. Been ordering it for over a decade from various Tim Hortons locations. It was a watered down tasteless mess but I figured it was a one off thing. Just went through the drive-thru this morning and once again, it is basically a cup of boiling water with creamer and the essence of coffee. Almost like they’re reusing the beans again and again. Won’t be back and after speaking with my wife, she and her friends have come to the same conclusion due to similar experiences.

Although service was quick , everything on our order was incorrect . The first drink was supposed to be a medium but instead was served to us as a small. When confronted with this , the staff did not remake the drink but put it into a medium size cup filled with ice to the brim which is not how any of the iced drinks are supposed to come. The drink was actively spilling from this as well. The second drink was a chai tea latte but the staff added espresso . Chai tea lattes do not have espresso in them. When the staff was notified , they tried to argue that the chai did indeed get espresso , which is incorrect . Overall, service was poor and staff training is not good as well .

Employees need better training. Messed up two separate, very simple coffee orders I placed this week. The first time I circled back, they didn’t know how to fix it and offered to make me a hot chocolate instead. Not even going to bother this time. Stick with the Doghouse in downtown, or even McDonalds.

Frequent Tim Hortons buyer, first time at this location. Ordered a large iced coffee. Watched the employee put ice in my cup, then go to fill the coffee. The iced coffee was running out. Rather than telling me this and refunding my order, I watched as she added another large scoop of ice to try and fill the cup. The coffee also tasted extremely old and bitter. The whole bottom is covered with grains. Prices are also higher at this location.
With higher prices and awful quality, I will not be returning to this location.

UPDATE: decided to give them another shot today, had an iced carmel machiatto delievered to my house since I’m carless for the day. There is no espresso in it whatsoever. I received an all white drink with Carmel at the bottom. How does one not add the coffee? The most important part? The amount of carelessness at this location is wild. Like is the manager ever there? Why isn’t there quality checks? If you know it doesn’t look right maybe don’t serve it to the customer. If you don’t know how to make it then you probably shouldn’t work there or be making those types of drinks.
Very hit and miss here. Sometimes they feel like stirring the sugar into the coffee. Somedays they just leave it at the bottom leaving a very bitter coffee and grainy texture. My biggest complaint? Why ask if I want whipped topping if y’all aren’t gonna put it on there anyway? I get it if you’re in a rush and simply forgot but to be not busy, no one else in line ask and then don’t put it on screams pure laziness. Service needs to be better. Reason 203 to keep going to the Oxford location
