One star is the only option you can give, but they wouldn’t have gotten none. Why did I just take my daughter there and had to get an instant refund because the gentleman making the food and not only was touching all over his hair, his hat and everything else not one time did he change his gloves. Then the gentleman making my ice cap, decided he was going to squeeze the whipped cream in the cup with his fingers and once I noticed his fingers covered in my whipped cream come out of my cup. I said no I want a refund and he said that he knew what he was doing with his fingers all in my cup. Then they proceeded to make me wait for my refund as if I did something wrong because they were being pure lazy. Then didn’t even clean off the countertop area where they’re making the food just slap somebody’s food on there to make new through the drive-through. This ain’t the first time that I’ve had nasty food and service. You picked your job so if you don’t like it, you shouldn’t work there. I will be sure to let everyone I know in grand Blanc, especially where I work knownot to eat at this location. Currently waiting to speak to corporate.

I stopped in at the Grand Blanc location on Sunday at around noon and ordered a Mocha Latte. I was informed that they were completely out of regular milk and only had almond or oat milk available. I reluctantly accepted the oat milk, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. The guy that served me, did apologize and tried to make the best out of the situation. There were about 5 or 6 young staff members behind the counter, and they were mostly standing around, laughing and joking. Considering that it wasn’t late in the day, there is no reason for them to run out of milk. There were several staff members that could have made a quick dash to get milk, because they were not exactly busy. I thought that was pretty poor service, because Tim Hortons running out of milk is like McDonalds running out of fries!

I’ve been a Tim Hortons guy as long as I remember. The Grand Blanc location is horrible. I moved here last year and I have given them several chances. The constantly forget things at the drive through. The food is often luke warm. Today my poor wife who can’t drive ordered delivery and they completely left out her sandwich and sent her a cold stale hashbrown. I try calling to talk to someone and just get a busy signal for over an hour! This location is giving Timmy’s a bad name.

I ordered a 12ok of hot chocolate and 1 donut to pickup and have ready. I ordered at 6:02am it wasn’t ready when I got there so I had to wait which was ridiculous in itself because I ordered and paid ahead for that very reason so I wouldn’t have to wait…it wasn’t ready u til 6:37 are you kidding me?!? For hot chocolate and a donut!? And there wasn’t a single customer in site!! 3 ppl working inside! Unbelievable, this location is pathetic!

Ordered a large coffee, they handed me my drink it felt hot so I didn’t think much of it. Left it alone to have it cool down a little bit. 10 minutes later I finally decide to open the lid and all thats is the cup is hot water

I have stopped there a few times recently and not very good! My mango refresher was water down. My coworkers coffee had pieces of plastic in the bottom of her cup. NOW I just got a medium Pepsi today and the cup was filled to the top with ice! I poured out the Pepsi and filled up a 6oz cup. So I paid almost $3 for 6oz! Not impressed and won’t be going back.

I’m not one to complain in reviews often. Not only did they forget the hash browns in my meal, after I went back to get them they were cold and soggy. I ordered 3 different sandwiches. I noticed immediately the English muffin had a patch of mold growing on it. The eggs were discolored—there were patches of green between the yolks and whites.
I can’t eat any of this. I called to speak with someone and no one was available, with no voice mail. It just rings and rings. I won’t be eating here again. An utter waste of $20.

Tim Ho’s is one of those “after school” type coffee shops where you could get a dough eyed teen who parents made them get a job or a person with coffee knowledge making your iced cappuccino with two extra shots of espresso…please. there is no operating a machine the tim ho’s 2000 works with the touch of a button so easy a emo teen can do it without looking up from there phone. With that said the service at the gb THo’s is great never a problem. Looking at you center & court..don’t make me show you the correct button. coffees good. Place is clean. People are people.

I always come back this place hoping it will be better the next time and it never is. I’m not one to write reviews, but this was my last straw and felt it needed to be shared. I usually get a small ice capp with extra cream, normally they put too little cream in, but today they took it way too far. As seen in the photo below this drink was about as pale a sheet of paper and don’t get me started on the staff. The woman working was nasty, the cup when I received it has coffee all over the lid so I asked for napkins. She begrudgingly hands them over, now not only did they make a mess of the lid they also forgot the straw, when I mentioned this to her she had a nasty look on her face and handed them over. I’ve worked in food service and know how it can get frustrating and stressful but you’re supposed to suck it up and do the job, you can rant about it later. I will not be returning and will just drive a little farther. It amazes me this place is still in business.
