Took a quick pit stop after seeing the large Open 24×7 sign. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 7:15, only the drive-through was open.
The door signage stated the store closes at 7 while the drive-through stays open until 8, which directly conflicted with the prominent 24×7 sign out front.
I needed hot coffee for the drive, but it wasn’t hot and only just okay. Combined with the misleading signage, this visit was disappointing.

Got the new Halloween bucket and the new reeses iced cap. I didn’t get any Reese’s pieces pieces. Maybe because I am lactose and ordered it without whip. Probably would have been better, it was still good.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons location for many years and service for the most part is decent. I have never encountered a rude employee here. Sometimes I have to repeat an order once or twice to make sure they get it correct. Every once in a while, they do get an order wrong, but that is to be expected.

Absolute worst service today. Ordered at the speaker they ignored my 4th drink so I told them I think they forgot when I got to the window. Instead of I’m sorry I got laughing and window shut to then more laughing. We got our drinks no have a great day… Me and my daughter both work in food service so I know it’s frustrating but you applied for the job!

They Rush you at drive though even though you said hold on it’s like you need to know what you want before you come here…. most people don’t know what they want when they go through a drive-through or sometimes they order different things. The patience is definitely NOT there. She’s just like well you can pull up like well I’m not done yet and she’s like a condescending accent as to yeah OK come on. What else do you need then ? This is happened more than one time that I’ve come here. I want to look at the menu. I shouldn’t have to be at home and look at the menu and know what I want before I go there sometimes like I said people want different things . I have nearly left the two times that I’ve come here without my drink because they made no indication to remind me that my drink was even being made which is also a little my fault also but I have a kid in the car so it’s like I’m trying to get them to be quiet and focused on them / Figuring they would give me my whole order Definitely stress through this drive though they also gave me my sandwich not in a bag just wrapped up some of these things they do. I feel like just don’t make sense, but whatever .
I think I may start going back to Bigbys . They don’t stress me at the drive-through. I understand it’s supposed to be a fast experience but people need time.

Tables were filthy. Cashier leaned on the register chewing her fake nails off the whole time taking your order. She had her shoes off… Didn’t know what a half dozen donuts were. Very rude, told the lady in front of me to “make up her mind”…

We got a bagel with cream cheese, muffin, doughnut, and steak and cheddar panini. My bagel had the thinnest layer of cream cheese. So basically I just paid for bread. My doughnut was fine but they put the muffin upside down on my doughnut so when we grabbed the muffin out guess what? All of the frosting is now on my muffin and my doughnut has no frosting ok cool whatever, then my husband got his panini and it was barely cooked. This is not the first time we have been let down at this location but today we wanted to give it another shot but once again we were let down. Please do better.

I decided to visit this location instead of my usual one because I was in the area and thought it might be better. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. However, when I received my drink, it didn’t look or taste like it had any espresso in it.
I drove back to the location and was informed that the espresso machine was not working. I don’t understand why this information wasn’t communicated to me before I placed my order and paid extra for an additional shot.
Upon returning, they offered a refund or a different drink, but I feel it’s unprofessional and untrustworthy to sell something they couldn’t deliver without informing the customer upfront.

I got here at 5 am to get coffee and no one was here even tho it says they open at 5 am I even sat in the drive threw for 5 mins till 5:05.

The lady behind the counter was nice and welcoming. The music in the kitchen was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. I recommend just using the drive thru.
