Walked into the lobby to order, stood at the register for over five minutes while the two workers inside completely ignored us. One worker walked into the back when we first walked in, and did not see them again. The other worker was near the drive through window (no cars were in the drive through, and nobody else was inside besides us). They walked past the register we were standing at, not acknowledging us at all.

I love the franchise. This location is not a shining example of excellence. What I get is frequently not what I ordered in Oxford. Today this was the condition of my breakfast croissant this morning. Somebody in the kitchen decided to bag up the burnt food and send it out. There was no line or rush at that time.
This trouble at this particular store is the result of insufficient training and a lack of effective managerial oversight.
