Every time I go to this location they hold the whole line at the speaker to avoid long “Drive Times” but often when I pull up there is a line all the way around the building into Walton Blvd. The service is slower than any other Tim’s I’ve ever been to in rush times
Also, they never give me a sleeve for my coffee, I shouldn’t have to ask for one.
The drive through staff is nice enough though in the morning.

I come here quite a bit, for years, never an issue, ever! I adore the girl at the counter with the bright smile who is in on Saturday morns. I had just left the hospital today and in the drive thru got the young lady with long braids. AWFUL! Terminate her! Rude, immature and not an attitude you want as a representation of your establishment!
She was rude, talked about me (in-front of me) to another employee and she just happened to catch me on the right day. Got the manager involved to tell my issue and the girl is still in the back talking trash about me!
It’s not even about the customer being right! It’s about professionalism!
Do better girl. You have zero people skills. I have been in customer service all my life and I can’t even fathom on my worst day acting like this at work!
I got a full refund, didn’t want the food nor service and will never be returning!

Don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch. Ordered ahead on the app. Waited in the drive thru line 10 minutes at least. Finally was able to get around the cars and out of line to go inside and pick up my order. Not ready (surprise, surprise). Waited another 10 minutes. Ended up leaving. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

Ive currently been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes and still 3 cars from actually ordering. This location has the absolute worst service time of any fast food establishment. Worse than chick fil a. And its not the first time. every single time ive chosen to stop here it is consistently the slowest experience possible. In my opinion if management cannot get enough employees to keep the line moving at a reasonable pace you shouldn’t be managing any business period. Absolutely let me down again and again

First of all was given the wrong coffee charge for an extra large was given a medium second of all ordered a BLT sandwich they give me a ham and cheese when I get to work and call them and let them know. They gave me the wrong sandwich you can either come back and get it NOW or don’t get it because they don’t write your name in the book so you pay for something that you want when they mess it up it’s your fault……

There is no fresher, better food then at Hortons. I love the coffee made exactly how I like it, and it’s always nice and fresh and hot. I would drive extra miles and pass up other coffee house to get to Hortons. There donuts are better then the big donut house nearby.

Went there at 6:00 pm today and waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, drove up to the window and one was mopping the lobby with earphones in his ears dancing and the other person was hiding in the back.both doors were locked, i won’t go there again. No one ever took our order.
