I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the morning drive through staff!! I come almost every day to every other day to get my breakfast before work and I always leave feeling so giddy and happy. After leaving all I can think about is how great they are and how’d they all seem so delightful to work with! Those ladies should definitely get a raise or something!!! When for hot chocolate and an old fashioned didn’t have any old fashioneds and then when I got my hot chocolate It tastes like water. When I call the young lady up and said something about it. I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I ordered food, one iced coffee, and one iced latte through the drive-thru. The employee confirmed our order, but when we got to the window, we were handed our food, one correct coffee, and one black iced coffee instead of the iced latte.
When we mentioned this mistake, the employee was very rude and said, “Well, that’s not what I have here,” even though he had just confirmed it less than 30 seconds earlier. We asked for the correct item and agreed to pay the price difference, but instead of simply fixing the order, he insisted we had to pull all the way around to repay for the coffee even though we had already been charged for the wrong one.
To make it worse, there wasn’t a single car behind us, so it’s not like we were holding up the line. And even if there had been, he was the one who made the mistake it should have been corrected at the window.
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I absolutely would ! This place is atrocious. I ordered an egg & cheese on a croissant this morning & my egg came out still yolky in the middle. The staff is beyond rude, their bathroom is never clean & reeked of sewage the two times I was here within the past week. Also last week I bought an extra large coffee filled with at least 2 cm worth of grounds & no staff was willing to fix it. This is my last time coming here! I have given them too many chances.

Staff is rotten, food is pathetic, and it takes 30 minutes just to get a coffee. Biggby coffee & Dunkin Doughnuts is 2 blocks South, highly recommend not going to this Tim Horton location. It’s just a matter of time, this location is pissing off to many customers to stay in business.

Very slow service though only 1 person in line. It’s apparent they are desperate for workers. But those things didn’t bother me as much as the low quality food for the price. I asked for a chicken sandwich and I get a chicken panini. I went ahead and tried it and it taste just like vomit. $7!!! Had to rinse my mouth out with their coffee and sadly that even tasted horid, burnt and old. I’m very surprised they’re still in business.

Went there today! The new manager Bobbie made my day!!! She was funny and polite and made me laugh the whole time.
