Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are definitely delicious in this location staff are very friendly/professional and quick service. Black coffee is always fresh and wakes me up! This is also one of my favorite Tim’s location within the Macomb area and that is for a reason. Place is nicely taken care of. Will be definitely coming back ! Keep the good work

Manager Ledya sets a great example of leadership, and it shows in the way the team works together. Anna, Olivia, Lakeisha, and Suzy all represent the gold standard of customer service attentive, professional, and always greeting guests with a smile. They make sure orders are quick, accurate, and that every customer feels valued.
With service like this, I’ll definitely be coming to this Tim Hortons a lot more often. It’s refreshing to see a team so dedicated to making each visit an excellent one. Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve been craving a bagel with cream cheese for weeks so I finally caved. In the rare occasion I get one, I order a multigrain bagel toasted with cream cheese. It’s cold, chewy and hardly any cream cheese. This time I ordered a plain bagel double toasted and double cream cheese. It’s still cold, still chewy and I probably have enough cream cheese for two bagels.. it was almost $5 and I’m hungry so I guess I’ll eat what I can but ew! I think I’m done with this..

worst experience ever. i went here to get a pumpkin spice latte and some timbits and the workers did NOT know what they were doing. they could not understand us and were so rude. i asked for whipped cream on top of my iced latte, and they put the smallest amount you could imagine… not only that, but the pumpkin spice latte tasted TERRIBLE. i have tried one from a different Tim Hortons about a week ago and it was delicious- which is why i wanted it again. the only way i could describe the taste was raw meat. i really hope your workers can get the proper training they still need.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted they did not toast it and it was cold
I ordered a grilled cheese ( my kids favorite) we get them all the time from other Tim Hortons and they are amazing the cheese wasn’t melted it was cold one side wasn’t toasted and it was sour ( I did not have time to drive back we had to be somewhere at 8) completely disappointed and disgusted will never be back here

I ordered a belt bagel no egg add mayo I received a belt bagel with the egg anyway with no top bagel and then waited 20 mins for one muffin. Staff was rude to customers, the food wasn’t made to my request was cold and tasted terrible. Employees were dropping food on the floor, rolling their eyes and customer service took 25 mins to answer my call! Never again will I come here again I think they should close this location or find new staff.
