I went to the Tim Horton at 19353 Vernier rd in Harper Woods (Jan 17, 2026) and had an excellent experience. As a matter of fact, I always have a great experience when I go there. I order a take 12 for my meetings each month and the staff are always pleasant; both on the phone and in person. The customer service from China and Angie (along with the other employees) are Amazing. Thank you for employing such well experienced staff.

It’s a damn shame that your establishment doesn’t know how to make a cup of coffee. When ordering, I ask for an extra large with 3 medium cream/sugar. To me, that’s the perfect blend. I prefer to stay away from sweetened cream. Once again, I sent back the sweetened cream and had to hear from your cashier, oh, they didn’t make it the way you asked for. Hell no, they did not. So, until your employees get the concept, I will continue to putting a dent into your profit because your employees don’t understand an extra large coffee with 3 medium creams and 3 medium sugars.

Today January 4th 2026 I received the worst Tim Hortons Costumer Service, The black lady in the window was really rude to my friend and I about our mobile order saying I should have told her I had one when I tried at the speaker after my friend placed his, the coffee was cold and the biscuits was hard as a brick! The employees act as if they dont care about their jobs! They need to hire better people

Very poor experience. Wendy’s is under the same roof as the TH. The smells from Wendy’s crept over to the TH – unpleasant. We were never greeted or served. I’m sure it was a bad day for these folks. We left and went to another donut shop.

This is just a drive through location no dining room. Which is fine with me, I get a iced coffee with cream and sugar free vanilla syrup and it’s always yummy! Sometimes I’ll get a treat with it like timbits or a chocolate chip muffin. The sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant is really good also!

i purchased 5 mocha’s to take to work for co-workers and myself and they were the most atrocious thing we have ever tasted. Who ever owns or manages this place needs to train these employees on how to make a proper drinks. I will never come here again!

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience.
I’ve had several bad encounters at this Tim Hortons location that show serious issues with management and staff.

1️⃣ On one visit, the assistant manager held onto my payment card while taking other orders, which could have easily led to an overcharge.
2️⃣ Another time, a manager told me I could only make a mobile order for no reason, even though others were being served normally.
3️⃣ I was also overcharged, and the cashier had to return fifty cents after realizing the mistake.
4️⃣ The most concerning incident happened at the walk up window The assistant manager placed a hot cup of coffee dangerously close to my face, reaching out to the person behind me and then became confrontational when I asked her to say excuse me. A manager had to step in and move her away.

I reported these issues to corporate on October 6, 2025, but have not received a follow-up. Since then, a car with a lady resembling the general manager or her family pulled up near me and my daughter, yelling aggressively from their vehicle. This is completely unacceptable and has made me feel unsafe. This has now become a potential legal matter.

Tim Hortons needs to take serious action to investigate this location, train their employees properly, and ensure customer safety. Until that happens, I will not be returning.

Medium coffee 2.97 that’s crazy so many locations charge 2.65 not 2.97. Customer Service was unprofessional she kept a yelling 2.97 and the coffee cup is not even full It’s like above the half this is shame . This location needs attention all locations needs attention. They don’t care about the taste of the coffee they don’t provide quality coffee. They don’t care about customer service for how long we gonna keep writing reviews to get their attention.
