I ordered a 20 pack assorted tim bits. And only three where different. The rest were some old banana looking ones that looked like they were left from the weekend. And it came in to 10 boxes that looked prepacked I threw them away they were gross.

This last experience at this Tim Hortons was absolutely terrible. After coming home, about 4 minutes away, this is what my Ice Cappuccino looks like and it tastes horrible. My bad experience started at the microphone, after saying my order, I heard a mumble, then after I couldn’t make it out I responded “that will be it thank you!” in return, I hear “I told you to move forward”. As I go to the window, I receive all of my things without one of the workers saying a word, I realize I have all my things so I respond “thank you!” as I start to drive away, I hear them mock my response. I work in the service industry, so I understand having to snap back at rude customers, but my interaction wasn’t rude at all. I am very upset and would rather drive 10 minutes down the street to get different service and quality drinks.

We went to the Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a small ice cap. It must have been slippery with some ice cap on the outside because when I handed it to my daughter it slipped and fell all over my backseat of my car. I went in to get some napkins and let them know what happened but they were just a little too busy having their private conversation. Gave me a look and continued on with their conversation. Never offered to replace the ice cap. It was the young kids on the day shift around 2:00.

I usually don’t like to leave reviews like this but this has happened so many times here… the girls working are always an uncomfortable experience, the food and drinks are not right…. We pulled in and they weren’t paying attention while ordering because they couldn’t stop talking, when we went to the window, they looked at us and started laughing so loud and just walked away which was super uncomfortable and it felt like we were just being laughed at … the two girls were complaining about having to clean, my sandwhich had burned steak , the panini was barely even on the panini press, they were rude and ignored us most of the time. The girl who made our drink was nice but the drink was also super low, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t happen all of the time. I wasted my money and I won’t be going back there, and I will make sure to let everybody know how each experience I’ve had here makes me feel like I’m wasting my money and like the girls there are judging and being unprofessional .

I went inside because the line was building up and I was the only customer I got asked to wait for want reason so she could help out with drive through while the lady working drive through complaining about the customers, I place my order, got my coffee came to work to realize my coffee is made wrong, so I call to let them know and no answer. I don’t understand how this could happen, if she was unsure why didn’t the ladt ask or look at her screen, but her conversations with the other Co worker was more important. Bad customer service.

We really loved this place initially, as the service was amazing. However, everything changed when we witnessed how they treat their employees and how they prepare food. Let’s just say I will only buy hot coffee from them again. The food preparation is unsanitary, and most of the staff seem miserable while working there. The managers appear to dislike their jobs as well. So, I would recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for friendly service, because it seems that the only employees who enjoyed their jobs either quit or were let go…..

I came here around 7pm on Sunday, it was empty & I was the only one there. I asked for Boston Cream donuts & she said they had just ran out, but then her & the guy employee made me fresh donuts & I’m pretty happy about. 🙂

Just went through the drive through, ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and a donut. Donut was face down, at the bottom of the bag with the frosting stuck to the bottom. A 3 year old could’ve done a better job packing this bag.. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years, this is unacceptable.
