We visit this location frequently as it is close to our home. However, there seems to be an ongoing issue with staff consistency. Each visit brings a completely different team, and the level of service varies significantly. You may encounter a friendly, helpful employee—or an unhappy one who can easily ruin your experience. Unfortunately, that was the case for me this morning.
I believe the owner should address this concern, as good customer service is essential to keeping loyal customers. Going forward, I will be visiting a different location instead.

Terrible customer service skills.
I used to speed $150 to $200 per month at this location. I was there every business day to get my breakfast on my way to work. Far too often, this location would be out of stuff. If you ask for a farmers wrap as an example, they’ll tell you they’re out of hash browns. If you ask for a sub, like maybe an extra egg, they would decline and offer to add it at an extra cost, yet still get nothing in return for the MISSING hashbrowns. Other times they are out of twelve grain bagels and won’t tell you they’re out until after you pay and get your coffee. So you end up with whatever is available.
Not to mention the attitude issues and the unprofessional appearance. It’s difficult trying to get employees attention when they’re yelling at each other or walking around with airpods taking personal phone calls or listening to music. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years straight since I moved to Westland. It’s been going down hill steadily. I’m getting tired of this. I’m breaking up with Tim Hortons for good. Good luck to you.

Came for a catering coffee for a bday party. They had them in stock and employees told me they “didn’t know how to ring it up”
Will never attend this location again. Just lost good business due to the lack of training you give your employees before throwing them on the floor. Do better please.

Workers were rude, ordered through the Tim Horton’s app and selected pick up via drive through. When we got to the window, the lady screamed at us that we can’t pick up our order at the drive through and had to go inside. And then our order ended up being completely wrong, ordered an iced Capp and ended up with a scalding hot drink somehow. Environment was disorganized and very unwelcoming.

This Tim Hortons needs serious management help. Every time I come in, it’s chaos. The managers, are rude, unprofessional, and act like they don’t care about the customers or the workers. You can tell the staff is stressed and unmotivated, and it all starts with poor leadership. The owners, are never around to see what’s really going on, and it shows. This place is running itself into the ground while customers deal with slow service, dirty tables, and bad attitudes. Corporate needs to step in immediately because the management at this location clearly can’t handle it!!!!!!

I pulled in the drive thru and ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich, the lady stated clearly “We don’t have that”. I said I don’t understand, what does that even mean. She then states they are out of croissants. So I proceed to order the breakfast bagel sandwich. She asks if I want sausage to which I reply yes. They give me my order and I get halfway home and realize it is just a bagel with a piece of sausage on it. No cheese, no egg. I go back and through the the drive thru again. I tell her I don’t understand why she gave me this. She proceeds to tell me that is what I ordered. I tell her “no…I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich which comes with egg and cheese also”. I can hear her very loudly complaining on the other side of the glass to her coworkers about me….Not nice…My receipt states a sausage and biscuit ($3.19) and then a Bgl-Plain ($0.20) This doesn’t even make sense to me….I’m going to assume they were “not” out of croissants and I am also going to assume they didn’t feel like dealing with a breakfast order… If she didn’t want to make my “menu” order then maybe she needs to find a new job.

I have been going here for the last 3 years.they were fine in the start but now EVERY SINGLE time I go they’re missing some part of my drink. 99% of the time they DONT have working espresso. Save your time and go somewhere else trust me.

It’s probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been at. Had 3 different sandwiches from there and got disappointed every single time. Hash browns are always stale, croissants are always mushed and flat, and you can see what breakfast burrito looks like in my attached photos (with boiled like eggs). Sadly, it’s the only place besides McDonald’s on my way to work.

Place is a joke whoever donna is there is totally unnecessary and needs to be talked to. Placed a online order and went there to the mobile pick up area during that time she said “sausage egg and cheese muffin” which is what i ordered but with two coffees and no name so figured it might be for someone else and waited for 7+ minutes eventually said “excuse me i have a online order” no response. i had to ask the gentleman behind her who told me toget in the pick up line. Wait another 15+ minutes to be told “online orders dont start until they come in. Okay cool. Got my two coffees and she asked donna if thats my sausage and egg she said yeah. It has been sitting out for 20+ minutes and said this is what i was saying its been sitting out for 20 minutes i tried talking to you donna and you ignored me. “i work in food she’s customer service” the way younger gal eventually said she would remake it but at that point of being there for 30 minutes a microwave would suffice. Wont come back.
