I’m only leaving 5 stars so it could be on top.And people could read this.
Every couple of months or so they raise the prices here at this Tim Hortons.
A medium cappuccino is over$3 basically 4 bucks now while they still owe everyone pennies from the past increase by not giving change back.
I highly suggest people stop going here and go to the one in dborn/heights or the one in allen park for better prices.

I have been coming here almost every other day for the past 2 years.
Lately, for the past 3 months or so their cappuccino machine isn’t working right.
The French vanilla doesnt taste the same like other tim hortons
Whenever I tell them they say they haven’t had any issues with it.
This can not be true.
I am sure something is wrong with it. It doesn’t taste like French vanilla it tastes like watered down milk. And the machine doesnt produce any foam in the drink this is how I know there has to be something wrong with it.
I am either going to start going to a different location or wait and see if they fix it bcz if you go taste the cappuccino from other locations it taste way better than this one.
I am leaving this message here and if it doesnt get fixed within a week or so I will escalate and report this location to headquarters.
O and then on top of everything they increased the prices and the employees think they dont have to give you back your change just because its a few cents.

Writing this one week later:
On Halloween last week I wanted to give my staff a bit of a treat before going home at the end of the day. I needed 3 dozen donuts and 3 take 12s. One reg coffee, one vanilla, and one hot chocolate. I called multiple TH in the area and none of them could accommodate the take 12s besides regular coffee. I called this location and without hesitation they said they could do it. I went in and ordered it and Zee, Britney, and Shannon got to work! They had customers at drive thru as well but their teamwork was so focused that I didn’t even wait 10 mins for them to be done with my large order. Thank you very much and I would recommend this team to anyone.

I went to Tim Horton on 01/22 at 640 am and got two chocolate dip donuts in the drive through . I took one bite they were rock hard and seemed like a week old. It is pathetic that they would give out a product like that

This is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They were busy, so I was expecting for a long wait, which I don’t mind because I also work in fast food. But I got served quickly and my coffee is very very good and my donut was amazing. The lady who took my order was amazingly nice and quick thank you for all your guises hard work
