For an establishment that is best known for their coffee I was very underwhelmed by my order today. That staff was friendly enough (especially the gentleman running the register) but the coffee tasted very watered down to the point of almost having no flavor. And my BELT was made incorrectly (asked for no cheese and it had cheese on it, shame on my for not checking before we left), and seemed to be only on the cool side about 2 minutes after getting it. The hash browns were passable at best and seemed to have been sitting around for awhile. The one bright spot for this trip were the Tim Bits…always great.

Ordered on the app and the staff completely messed up more order today. They added two chocolate glaze donuts and a Boston crème to my order and missed two vanilla sprinkles and two glaze donuts. Going back to correct the issue I was immediately met with attitude and denied my receipt on the app for the order. The employee kept stating I was incorrect and was unprofessional. This needs to be nipped in the bud as the service and attention to detail is poor.

I don’t normally leave reviews as much but when I do, it’s definitely deserved. There is a man who works the window at the drive-through. He has a spiderweb tattoo on his elbow lol I have no other way to describe him because I don’t know his name, but his customer service is by far the best customer service I have ever received at any food place and he honestly deserves a good review. I hope the company acknowledges him. Thank you for all that you do!!

The problem is that they sell on the too good to go app all their leftover inventory for $4. So when someone comes at 5pm, there’s nothing left. I know because i did the too good to go once and they ran out because he gave too much to the prior ppl. who also bought the deal. I came before closing time at 6:30 like the app said to do, and he told me to come the next day at 5. Because there was nothing left the day I went.
They should first prioritize customers, then give out the leftover deals right before closing. Realisticly they are losing money. Because if someone buys 2 bakery items it’s $4 if not a bit more. So your not making money giving out a bunch of stuff for $4, when a real customer wants something 2 hours before closing time. If they could figure out with the to good to go app how many people they need to put leftovers aside for so they can evenly portion out items. Before they give it away to the next person. I asked them, and they said they have no way to see how many people bought the leftover deal.
I went this morning for doughnuts for my kids. My kids get hyped up from sprinkles, this was barely covered in sprinkles. Usually it’s full to the point you can’t even see the icing.

I order at the window she was rude from the start tells me they are out so I order something else they tell me they are out of that and tell me what they have so I ordered what they said they had then she tells me they are out I said ok then just a coffee and timbits before I could tell her the kind she says with a attitude pull forward I get to the widow it was a different person and they gave me all blueberry donuts I didn’t ask for these what if I was allergic to blueberry!?? I didn’t say anything and just tossed the donuts in the trash. The point of the story stop being so dang rude to people because you hate your job.

I frequent this Tim hortans and they are always the best. The workers there are very kind and care about their customers! I’m unsure of her name, but the woman working the drive through this morning is awesome and deserves a raise for her great customer service.

Really poorly managed. They’re out of multiple items. I ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 of them came on bagels, not bread. There was no heads up about it. The soups and chilis on the menu aren’t available anymore, but it remains in the menu. It seems like they’re barely scraping by with the bare minimum.
