Went here for breakfast today after discovering the Wendy’s is gone and apparently I needed to know what I wanted to eat as soon as I pulled up to the speaker. In the span of 1 minute I was asked three times “Do you need help finding something?” in a rude tone. After ordering my 6 items, I receive my food and the woman says “You’re all set” I thought she was speaking to someone on the microphone as she was not looking on at me. She throws her hands up and gives me a dirty look, insinuating she was in fact not speaking to someone else. And my coffee was warm, overall disappointed.

Awful customer service and will never be going back to this location. I ordered at the drive thru and I had to tell the worker my order 4 times due to the worker not understanding or just didn’t listen…
I ordered an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich on an everything bagel… I ordered a side of cream cheese twice while repeating my order but when we got up to the window big shock, the lady had forgotten to add it so they made me do two transactions on something that was there fault. They also never gave us our receipt nor asked if we wanted it. Opened the sandwich and it was wrong. They put sausage and bacon on it when I clearly stated 4 times while ordering I only wanted bacon. So then we had to go inside to give sandwich they screwed up back. They then told us they were out of egg and couldn’t remake what we had ordered. We asked for a refund which is when they told us they wouldn’t do it because there was no receipt when we didn’t have one because they didn’t want to give us one. The only option they gave us was to give us another sandwich which wasn’t want we wanted. They screwed up our order and was their fault, but yet wouldn’t give us our money back for their mistake…I would strongly recommend going to any other Tim Horton’s locations, rather then wasting time and money at the 6 and Haggerty store.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the staff (the morning shift) is incredibly impatient and rude. They rush you at the window, shoving food to you before you’re prepared to pay, then if you don’t have it ready they’ll give you a nasty look and slam the window. They always have attitudes when you ask for a straw or napkins and any other little request you may have. I’ve only been here three times but each time was very disappointing on the customer services end.

Do not go here — the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful, especially at the drive-thru window. They get irritated when you try to place an order and keep rushing you to “pull forward” without even letting you finish. It’s clear they just don’t want to work. Terrible service — I’ll never come here again.

Customer service was exceptional!
They were out of the donuts I wanted but offered me the option to wait a few mins and walked it to my car …. and let me tell you they were amazing !

(2022) I pre-ordered 3.5 dozens of donuts for a party and they did an amazing job ! It looked good, tasted fresh and everything went smoothly!!! Thanks again !

The lady managing today at 12 noon is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. I pulled up to the drive thru today around 12 n and ordered a Large Vanilla Latte. I asked for extra sugar and cream. The person taking my order told me it’s a latte and they use milk. I said I understand that, but I still would like cream and sugar in my latte. The lady then told me it wouldn’t taste good with cream and sugar added. I the responded by saying I don’t really care if you think it will or will not taste good, this is the way I like it and I’m paying for it so please add cream and sugar. At this point the heavy set female store manager with glasses got on the speaker and refused to service me and told me to leave. She actually was yelling at me through the drive thru speaker when I asked what the problem was. I decided to go into the store to get her information and she refused which she refused. She was absolutely nasty to deal with and had no idea how to treat a customer. I was literally shocked by her repulsive attitude and being denied service all because I wanted to add sugar and cream to my latte. Somebody needs to fire her because she is turning away customers left and right

Honesty one of the better Timmy’s around Metro Detroit, shocking how I get my coffee quicker than other stores when there was only one employee. Wish I hand spare bills to tip 🙁

I ordered three drinks at this location: a Mocha Icecap, Frozen Hot Chocolate, and a Matcha. Unfortunately, all three drinks tasted extremely sour. We suspected that the milk might be expired, so we returned to the store and asked for a refund. However, the manager refused to issue a refund and instructed the worker to remake the drinks instead. After trying the new drinks, I asked the worker to taste them as well, and they agreed that the drinks still tasted off. Despite this, the manager insisted that the milk was fine and that the machine was clean, continuing to refuse a refund. In the end, we left with nothing. I would not recommend this location based on this.
