As someone who needs a pick me up around about 2am, I’m really thankful this location is 24/7, and ontop of it, the Ghouls and Gals on the nightshift are absolutely amazing people. I’m a regular here, and they have my order memorized most days, we also have a good laugh everytime I come by, I absolutely adore the midnight shift workers. Without them the location would be way less fun to visit.

I got a chai latte and asked for extra pumps. It was better than the first one I’d had. Still needed more pumps. But it was ok. I also had an apple fritter which was fantastic! It had like real apple pie in it and was fluffy and decadent. And the salted caramel cookie was out of this world! My niece got a Matcha iced tea that she said was the best ever. We went through the drive thru. Next time we’ll go in to place our order since we did have special requests. You’re always worried about the car behind you. Definitely will go inside next time. Overall, I’d highly recommend it.

Last few times through the drive through, the lady at the window was incredibly rude and the opposite of helpful.

Trying to ask for a sleeve for a hot coffee is some sort of horrible sin for her and it’s incredibly irritating for someone to respond in indignation when asked to perform a simple customer service task.

Saturday, January 24th @ approximately 9:30 am. The manager was belittling a young lady who was working at the cash register who had tears in her eyes…feeling powerless I’m sure.At the same time there was a man at the drive through window making a suggestion to the manger, who was also working the drive though. The man states “I’m going to call and make a formal complaint” to which she replied ” I don’t care call all you want” waving bye and have a nice day to cut him off & closing the window on him mid sentence. This man never raised his voice and was even keeled. Apparently this is custom service. Very terrible working environment here for the employees as well as customers starting their day. I’ll just make my own cup and spare myself all this negativity and drama.

I just left this Tim Hortons. I went through the drive thru. No one was behind me and there was one car in the parking lot. LOUSY customer service. Found out they don’t carry the apple cider (ok, just have to give me a minute to figure out what to order). Nope, girl taking the order “Anything Else!” Rude in my opinion. No sleeves on the coffee or hot chocolate – very hot to handle. Its going to be a while before I choose Tim Hortons again. I knew I should have gone to Dunkin Donuts next door.

Been coming here many years, and many other locations. Sometimes I drink decaf. This location gives me their old room temp decaf on several occasions. 3 out of 3 days this week, and countless times over the years. Sometimes I go back, but it’s inconvenient. That guaranteed fresh and hot thing is only for regular coffee. They just put decaf in a thermos, not on a heated surface. So I went there at 10 am. They gave me coffee that was made around 6am it seems. I wait a few months then try again thinking they’ll get better, but no. So tired of this store. How does a coffee shop serve cold coffee? No steam when pouring doesn’t make them stop and think??What else don’t they care about?

I’d give none of I could, went through the drive thru on 2/6/26 around 7am and was served a cold cup of dark roast coffee. Needless to say this was the most upsetting experience. Either make it fresh or keep it hot. It’s not hard.

Door dashed breakfast, half of my order was missing. Only offered compensation for the original price of missing items. Nothing towards the delivery charge or a % off for next order.

Edit: clearly you missed the part where I was offered only the value of the original missing item. So I did reach out. After 3 days of emails I did get 300 points, mind you a 4 pack of Tim bits is 340 points. So slightly above the bare minimum.

I went to go get a breakfast sandwich to find what looks like a moldy egg? And the biscuit was rock hard. Im worried of temperature abuse with the food. How long and at what temp are they keeping food. Also when they remade my food they didnt heat it up. They just slapped it all together and handed it to me. The hospitality was at all time low, as well as quality. I typically come at least 3 times a week and it makes my stomach upset to worry about their food safety.

Myself or my husband come through this Tim Hortons at least five times a week. There is never a sleeve on a hot drink, we’re works to ask. When we do ask, still 90% of the time, no sleeve. I only made this complaint because it has happened 4-5 times now, I go to get my coffee, it’s not completely brewed. The color is a very light brown and looks like a tea. And I know only they’ve ran out of coffee because they will pull me up. So instead of waiting for the whole pot to brew, they pour the very little that’s been brewed at first and the coffee is absolutely terrible. I specifically go to Tim’s for Tim’s coffee, it’s happened too many times in the last two weeks and very disappointing.
