I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided to move on. It’s a shame, because they actually do serve good coffee.
On two separate occasions about a month apart, I went through the drive-through and asked for a vanilla latte. Both times I was told they couldn’t make it, with no explanation offered. At this point, I’m not even interested in the reason anymore.
The most frustrating experience, however, was when I went inside around 6:30 PM and found the shop closed, even though employees were clearly inside and the sign stated they were open until 7:00 PM. Instead of letting me in, they motioned for me to use the drive-through. That comes across as pure laziness. If the shop needs to close earlier, then don’t advertise hours that aren’t accurate.
Fortunately, there are plenty of other coffee shops nearby. I won’t be wasting my time with this one any longer.

And I wonder why they are closing down all over the place. Sign says Dining Room open till 7:00pm ..6:15pm they lock doors with 2 workers inside STANDING THERE! 3 customers walked up and totally ignored. Not the first time also. To be fair multiple Tim Hortons does this I was a loyal customer for the last 5 1/2 years but I promise you no more they don’t care about us. I don’t care about them

You charge a 1.60 for cream cheese and this is how it’s delivered. Can people actually give a crap about customer service. This is unacceptable , between this and the ice cold but burnt hashbrowns the quality of food at the particular location has gone way down hill. Maybe the owner needs to stop charging more than the other stores and once the food quality meets standards then look into charging what you do now .

So i’m not sure if this location has a new manager or not, but I usually stop by most mornings. As of recently, no matter what I do, my order is always late.This morning, I placed a pickup order for 8am. I arrived at 8:15 and lo and behold: my order was not ready. I asked the person behind the register “Why isn’t order ready?” They said “Oh, my bad we just started making it when you arrived.” I arrived fifteen minutes late on purpose to make sure that my order was ready, and it STILL wasnt ready. The workers that work here always seem to have an attitude for no reason and for whatever reason, they never have bags to put your food in. What is up with that? Stating, we don’t have bags for order, but whenever I place an order through doordash from this exact location, there’s magically a bag that my food arrives in. Please make it make sense.
Update: AND my orders is wrong
I ordered a scrambled egg wrap with both bacon and sausage. I received a normal egg with only sausage. I apparently PAID for things that I didn’t receive.

Order new brioche sandwich I got it and it was cold I went in to get another made hot. They told me that the ham is supposed to be served cold. This my first time ordering a sandwich from this place I’ve never had a breakfast sandwich served cold. It taste like it looks cold wet ham unmelted cheese barely warm egg plain tasting bread. There is no honey flavor at all. This sandwich is disgusting I could have made better at home. Is this how tim Horton supposed to be I don’t really eat here? Also it was $22 for two sandwiches 20 timbit and a large drink.

Prices on the drive thru menu boards are not accurate. “Prices changed” at the window really doesn’t cut it. Either update the menu or don’t increase your prices!

I’ve gone a few times recently and my order was alright, but I was never given a receipt or told what the cost was in the drive through. Since I could check on my banking app, I kind of just ignored that. Just today I went again and found a fly under the ice in my drink, then when dumping it I spotted another one. No receipt to again as well, so I can’t contact anyone or leave a review with an order # online. I think I’m done going to this location now.

This is one of the worst coffee shop I ever went to, if I could I will give this shop a zero star. The first time I came I ordered coffee, the coffee was old and it tasted sour and bitter, even when I asked for cream and sugar. I decided to give them another try and it is still the same thing. It is not safe to drink. Also they are very expensive too than the other Tim Horton I have been to. I will not recommend you guys come here if you don’t want to get sick and drink old coffee.

Quartisha is always a dream when we come in, my daughter loves when she’s here. She always has a warm smile and a kind word for us and makes the experience memorable! Fantastic worker and always holding it together, especially when it’s busy. Always appreciate seeing her when we come in. Keep up the great work!! 🙂
