We stop here a few times a month for coffee and breakfast and most of the time the food is cold and stale. Today my English muffin was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I love Tim Hortons but I would avoid this location if you like your food fresh.

Absolutely terrible breakfast. I’ve never had TH breakfast before, and will try my best to avoid in future. I ordered the sausage egg biscuit combo. I asked at window for strawberry jam. She said they don’t serve jam or jelly anymore. What? Biscuit was dry, flavorless, unseasoned. Hashbrown was freezer burned. Do yourself a favor and eat any other option available to you.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a medium Oreo ice Capp and a small red velvet cold brew. The cold brew was awful. It was extremely bitter and tasted like soap. The ice Capp was good until it was about half gone then I realized there was something in my drink. It was a large piece of plastic (picture attached). It was absolutely disgusting. Now I wonder how they make the drinks because how does someone not notice a large piece of plastic when preparing an order. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they seamed not to care and said “there is no managers here now but I will let a manager know when I see one” and hung up on me.
