I typically order hot Protein Matcha Lattes once a week from a Tim Hortons in Southfield, but since I was in Dearborn on Sunday, March 8th, I placed a mobile order (#9118) at 5:19pm for this location on Ford Road. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I saw the employee turn to his co-worker and say, “No, it’s hot. It’s the same thing, just steam it”. I could see a young lady holding the type of plastic cup that’s used for iced Matcha Lattes, but after her co-worker said that it was supposed to be hot, I could tell she had no idea how to make it.
I knew right then and there my order was not going to be good because the young lady looked so confused. After a few minutes, when the young man at the window handed me my drink, I instantly noticed that it smelled like burnt coffee, and the cup was extremely hot. I order Protein Matcha Lattes all the time, and they have never smelled bad or felt scalding hot to the touch. Before I drove away, I asked the young man if this really was the Protein Matcha with one sugar, and he said, “Yes”, but I don’t think he actually saw how it was made.
My drink was too hot for me to taste, so 15min later, when I got home and took the lid off, I noticed my drink was a dark, murky brown. It wasn’t pastel green like a normal Matcha Latte. When I took a sip, it still tasted like burnt black coffee, and it wasn’t sweet at all. I tried taking a few more sips, but I just couldn’t drink it, and I ended up pouring the whole thing down the drain. I wanted a refund, because I paid extra for it to be a large Protein Matcha, and those are more expensive.

Stopped by the Tim Hortons drive-thru for breakfast and had a great experience. The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and my order was accurate. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed to start my day. Coffee was smooth and made just right. Always reliable for a fast and satisfying breakfast—will definitely be back!

My go to spot for everything. Cheap and good coffee, love love love their sunrise sunsets. They always treat me with kindness and respect. Amazing team in both morning and night. I really enjoy their farmers wrap with a sunrise sunset. Tables are pretty small so I wouldn’t study here but nice for conversations.

If you want to get sick this is the place and location I ordered a meal and I told them to stop making it because I saw this disgusting left overs Ben so long there I told the mean one was serving me why would you do thing like this putting this in my sandwich no wonder where do we get sick from she said I don’t care and the other employees said that’s how we get it from the company when I was filming her I didn’t want to take her face on this picture but this would be enough reason for everyone to stop coming here.

I ordered an iced caramel coffee, but it tasted like tap water and wasn’t even cold. I ended up asking for a black coffee instead, which was okay. Still, pretty disappointing overall. Definitely not what I expected.

Every time I go here there are always different faces but always the same attitude. I only go to this one because the other one doesn’t have a drive-thru but I can clearly see it’s way better to get out and walk inside and deal with nice people then these people who didn’t want to wake up and go to work today Not only was the food half-ass made the woman at the counter was very rude. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again

Absolutely horrible experience in the drive thru. The person who took our order was guessing what we wanted before we could get the words out of our mouth and talking over us. We tried to ask him to slow down so we could give him our order and we just gave up and accepted the drinks and didnt order anything else. When we tried to tell the person at the window they excused him by saying he was busy and doing alot of things at once which is not an excuse to be rude and talk over customers.

This Tim Hortons didn’t disappoint. I destroyed a 10-pack in the car that was evenly split between old fashioned glazed and birthday cake right after I bought them. I strongly considered going back in for a second box, but I also had a 12oz red bull that morning, so I decided that I stacked the deck in diabetes’ favor enough for the day.
