I love the Tom Horton franchise, I love my experience at this location as they truly represent the brand. The baker who has a broken arm still shows up to work giving it a percent. The manager is very welcoming and friendly. My coffee was made precisely how I ordered it. This location is very clean with little to no wait time. Highly recommended

It’s a major bummer when you pay extra for stuff you don’t want, just for the one thing you want most, not to show up. Every single time that I haven’t reminded the driver to get my coffee before my order is picked up, it’s always missing. So, just a warning if you’re ordering delivery – REMIND THE DRIVER TO GET YOUR COFFEE, even though it isn’t your job.

I don’t know. I got here around Noon on a Tuesday. Sign said OPEN but doors were locked. So id never recieved services. Went up to the street to Taco Bell instead. Don’t plan on returning, this was just a spontaneous trip there because I saw it.

Waited in line 10 minutes tried going in door was locked at 10 am. As I walked away I heard the employee on the speaker saying she was short staffed. There was at least five people standing in the lobby looked like managers having a meeting one person behind the counter. I was visiting from Nebraska first visit we don’t have this company in Omaha so maybe on my next trip.
