He is always so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming, literally the reason I keep coming back to this location. It’s refreshing to see someone who cares so much about their job and the customers. This was my first and last time visiting this location. The customer service was extremely poor. The employee was rude over the speaker, rushed me through my order, did not greet me, and showed no professionalism. When I said thank you, he closed the window without responding. On top of all that my order was incorrect so I would definitely invest into hiring better more professional workers.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg biscuit sandwiches. Staff was a bit rude. When I got my sandwich, the first one had two large conspicuous pieces of eggshell visible in the egg patty. 100% they saw this while prepping, they just didn’t care to do anything about it. Part of the egg yolk in that sandwich was also blue-green and smelled of mildew. Hope I don’t get food poisoning.

They messed up my order but they fixed it, very professional. I was going to leave a 1 star but changed my mind since they were nice about it. Restaurants are still short staffed so people Need to have patience with the employees. This location really needs to be renovated.
