I am so tired of getting the wrong order here. I just want bagel with butter and not cream cheese. I would say they get it right 25% of the time. I will remove one star rating when I get an order that is completely accurate.

Came to the store on Friday 11/14. Ordered a sausage wrap with egg white & swiss cheese combo with an XL coffee. Arrived at work, ready to eat breakfast and my wrap was missing sausage, definitely not eating a wrap with just egg and bread. I called and s/w the manager Niya who apologized and said I could return for a meal replacement or refund. Went back to the store Saturday 11/15 to order the replacement meal, explained what happened at the speaker and was told your all set pull around. I got to the window and the staff handed me just the wrap not the side or XL large coffee which I was very specific about at the speaker. I asked for the rest, and a teenage girl responded “that’s all you ordered”. Which it was not so I sat there and she hands me a large coffee and my side. I reiterated that I had an XL coffee. She very rudely closed the window with attitude of course and went to make the requested size coffee. Moral of the story is life is already hard and people are unhinged. Staff should really consider playing it safe with kindness and respect to protect both sides. Don’t trigger the customers!

Stopped in at 2pm 11/11/25 I didn’t see any peanut donuts, asked the lady with the red hair if there was any in back, usually the ans is no, and it was no this time. BUT this nice lady said how many would you like, Ill make you some. And she did!! Best donuts ever!! Nice employees good donuts and coffee! Thank you we really appreciated the service! More T Hortons need to get the pnut donuts and salt bagels. This is the Belleville Rd location

THE SLOWEST Tim Hortons, please allow yourself at minimum, an extra 20 minutes or you will be late to wherever you’re headed.. 1 car in line takes the same time as 35 cars at another establishment. This TH also often tells me they’re out if items, however I just order the same through the app and receive them immediately??

Favorite location. Always goes above and beyond. Stop here every morning for a Caramel Latte. Only complaint is I think they changed the Caramel recipe or they aren’t storing it right. Recently it’s been tasting so weird/bad.

Stay away from this location there are 2 females 1 black and 1 white they do everything except take care of customers went there to get a coffee and croissant but they were too busy with other things like the phone I left without ordering feel sorry for the owner it’s hard to find good help

Just like to say that if you have a sign, this is hire now, you hire now and other than that, I don’t know, it’s not really clean outside versus inside is pretty much clean, but they have so many workers in there at 1 time that it just seems cover someone when it’s in the and it’s, that’s most of them Tim Hortons, I think which makes their work luster, because they think there’s more people.
