So I just got out of Tim Hortons, and I’m sitting in my vehicle in complete shock, because I ordered a medium 4 and 4, and was told that this location isn’t doing medium size anymore. Only small and large.
This is the last time that this place will ever have my business. Medium was one of the best sizes to get, and I’m paying almost just as much to get even less????? Mind you, grabbing a medium coffee was my morning ritual nearly every morning. It was the highlight of my day at times. I was told it might change within a week?????

Ordered three drinks all were wrong. None of the iced coffees was made correctly. The almond vanilla had no sweetness even though we asked for two sugar and two cream. Tombits had weird after taste. Tried to reach customer service online and they said they couldnt assist me and only deal with delivery orders????

Extra toasted light cream cheese The The lady when she took my order, she was so rude. She say have a cream cheese. I told her no, I want light cream cheese she started talk about the amount. I told her I don’t care if you charge me like have the amount. I just want light cream cheese they give me the bagel extra toasted my tea without sleeve. I was a manager at Hortons for three years and I know the policies, this is rude and not nice. Thank you. This is not the first time when I ask for any bagel they didn’t give a bag and napkin. I don’t think I have to ask for the napkin because I have food. They have to give napkin.

Horrible. So I get a lot of coupons at my apartments and believe me, I use them. There are a ton of fast food and coffee places around my apartments, so the complex is always getting lots of coupons. I’ve gotten Tim Hortons coupons before and have never had an issue using them. Can you tell me how it’s possible to not accept the coupons that you just sent out to people in the mail? Are you kidding me? Everybody in my apartment complex got these. So all these people would have an issue trying to use Coupons at this Location, which is the closest to the apartments. After waiting in line and being told that I can’t use Coupons, I went to another location and used them with no issues. I’m sure the stores are supposed to accept coupons that just went out. It’s not like they’re close to expiring, they’re brand new. The woman that said this either just straight up lied or this is just horrible business that doesn’t make any sense. It’s one of the two. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t normally go to Timmy Ho’s only because I don’t really like their coffee. I literally only go for the bagels. So today of course I decided I wanted a bagel from there with extra cream cheese.. I got charged way too much for the extra cream cheese n then they didn’t bother to put THE EXTRA CREAM CHEESE I WAS CHARGED FOR.!! Never again will I go back there. This is exactly why I stick to DUNKIN.! Save ya coins go elsewhere .!!!!!

The Tim Hortons on Hall Rd and Schoenherr has a rude black girl working there on the drive thru window in the morning. Not a good experience at all! I was looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted to order and the girl said can I take your order and a few seconds later said it again. I said in a minute please and I could hear her say dang, I guess she perceived that I was rude or something. I did not spend my money there. She seems to need additional training or maybe a cup of coffee. It was Thursday, 9/4/25 around 8:20am.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! Whether it’s their fresh coffee, delicious Timbits, or hearty breakfast sandwiches, everything is always spot on. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy—perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing break. I especially love their seasonal drinks and how they always have something new to try. Consistently great experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!

I go here every weekend because it’s close to my house & because my husband loves his Oreo Ice Capp. I like to get the avocado toast, but the last 5-6 times going here I keep ordering avocado toast thinking I’ll get a different result each time but for some reason I keep getting avocado bread. It’s not toast at all. The one I got last weekend convinced me not to order my favorite item ever again because no matter how many times I ask it’ll never be toast, but it’s always cold avocado on cold bread. I don’t want avocado bread!! I want avocado TOAST!! They told me their toaster was broken after I finally complained which I hate doing especially with the people who are handling my food, but I couldn’t take it anymore. You’d think they’d tell you this before letting you order this item but nope instead of letting you know the toaster has been broken for over a month they just kept letting me order avocado toast knowing I’d get avocado bread. So nice of them to let me waste my money on the $5-$6 bread because every single time I went home to eat it I’d just end up tossing it in the trash. As far as I’m concerned this Tim Hortons owes me at least 5 orders worth of avocado toast! Anyway, my husband wanted his Oreo ice Capp this morning so I decided okay I’ll order something else. I ordered a egg, bacon, & cheese on everything bagel & wouldn’t ya know it….. they bagel was cold & raw & the bacon wasn’t cooked. For the $20-$25 we spend here every single Saturday morning I honestly think we deserve better. I don’t have money to waste like this. Fix your toaster & if you can’t afford to fix it then make sure to tell your customers before ordering that their toast will be bread & their bagels will be cold & raw along with the bacon. At least tell your customers so then they know what they’re paying for & at least say sorry our toaster is broken so you might not want to order that at the moment instead of letting me waste my money every Saturday! Blows my mind that a Tim Hortons can’t afford a new toaster!! If you want my opinion DO NOT order food here!! Just get a coffee & go! They don’t even know how to hand people a donut they just paid for that is warm. They throw it in a plastic bag so the chocolate or topping on the donut sticks to the bag. It’s not the way to treat your customers, especially your returning customers that keep trying to give you another chance.
